STILL nothing but busy. I took a break to actually work but still nothing. WTH comes to mind.

There were 2 ways to get it fixed (both should work), according to the Guest Services Supervisor I talked to.

Guest Services/Disney Dining Supervisors could add the CC#. That process, while not technically a cancel and rebook (because you couldn't lose your existing ADR time and date), works similarly and generates a new confirmation number. That's the "official" solution.

CM's COULD push through a minimal charge on your CC, and link it to your ADR. This has the same effect of attaching the credit card, but generates a .01 charge to your CC. In that scenario, you don't lose your original Confirmation number. This is considered a work around (not the official solution) and some CM's might not be able to do it, or don't know how.

BOTH ways work, he said!

If you talk to a CM who can't help you, or doesn't realize you need help, ask them to put you through to a Guest Services Supervisor/Rep. They can fix the problem, and they all seem to know what's going on.

I feel better now My Dvc cm charged a penny to cc and my ressie number stayed the same

I am so sick of trying to get through...I am just going to wait for the 22nd and hope I have luck for our January date. We will settle for counter service if we have too, good grief this is nuts!

Wow I feel bad for you. I have gotten through twice now. Once on the automated at 7:40 this morning and then I spoke to a CM about 2 hours ago to attach my CC#. Try the package reservation # as well, maybe they can help.
The second time I did hold for about 25 minutes.

For those that still want to take a shot--- I used this number before, and was able to secure an ADR---

Gor thru right away-- was on hold for around 15-20 minutes, but better than the constant busy signal !!! And the CMs were super-nice !!!

my landline, my cell phone, neighbor's landline and cell phone, and a prepaid phone card and I can't get through and it's 3 pm eastern, here.

Again, I've tried different numbers.

I've gotten some hard to come by reservations in the past and this time it just feels like it can't happen.

I'm glad I'm going late in 2013 besides this November. I should be okay for next year.

Consider yourself lucky if you were able to get a reservation.

I got in and was able to get my same dates again, but different time, but I don't care! I gave my CC# and the ressies show online, so I'm happy. The CM I talked to did say that my original reservations would have disappeared at midnight tonight. That would have been horrible . So glad for the awesome folks here at the DIS that told me to keep calling back and ensure I really had reservations. You guys ROCK!! Can't wait to eat at BOG Christmas week!!

ETA the CM also said that she was glad I was going Christmas week because November is totally booked already

Don't give up! I did the automated thing this morning and just now called back to give my CC#. Got through after about 40 redials, and spent :24 mins on hold. My original Jan date and time were still available. I really want to experience TS there!

Had to give up this morning after 90 minutes of dialing starting at 7:00. Finally got through this afternoon - already nothing available 11/25 through 12/1. Sigh.....

Guess we'll take our chances with lunch (and calling back for cancellations...) - but I suspect lunch lines will be as much of a zoo as calling in was.

I just got off the phone after finally getting through again.

I got several busy signals and then I finally got someone to answer. The cm first tried rebooking me (ha! fat chance!) and then admitted she'd have to transfer me to the dining help line. The dining help line CM took me CC info and gave me a new confirmation #.

So I am all set. I don't even want to add up the number of calls and minutes spent on the phone at this point!

And I got a busy signal.

I'm beginning to think Indiana calls have been blocked or at least my phone number.

I've tried 4 different numbers and it's constantly busy at Disney. Once in awhile I get a message saying all circuits are busy.

With all circuits being busy it may be indeed blocking the call and causing a busy signal. I get a slight delay before a busy signal comes on. It's like going into default for busy signal.

I'm going on 6 hours now.

The fact that repeat callers can get through is really making me wonder about this process. I know there's a glitch with the CC number causing repeaters to call. It's just hard accepting repeat callers when I can't through at all.

Keep trying I am in Indiana..got thru at 7:30 am but had to call back at 1:00 to add the CC number! Try calling guest services, thats what I did at 1 & got right thru! Good Luck!!!!

I spent an hour this morning starting at 8:30am PST just trying to get through to the automated system. Asked to speak with an agent and spent 35 minutes on hold. CM was super helpful and I got my first choice - December 23rd at 5:30 for 4 people.

I panicked when I realized I had missed the alarm and didn't get up at 4am. I am glad it worked out. Good luck to everyone still looking for reservations.

Lunch is NO reservation...Only Dinner is.

It won't show anything for that time period. Reservations are for dinner only, starting at about 4 PM...................Laura
