I honestly feel like my brain is turned to MUSH after all the busy signals, on hold, call backs. Sometimes I had two phones on hold up at both ears both playing different Disney tunes.

Finally got through to guest services...got a new conf # but same date and time. This place better be worth the 6 hours I put into getting the reservation.

That's almost exactly what my husband just said to me.... LOL

I'm so mad I could cry. Now on my 5th attempt to add my cc to my reservations. Just found at that the CM I was talking to at 12:25 CANCELED my reservation!!! I am hold waiting to speak to disney dining help again. I really am holding no hope that I will actually speak to a person. I'm sure it will be sent to the stupid survey yet again.

I posted too soon. As soon as I posted, Duncan from Disney Dining Help picked up the line and fixed it. He was able to rebook the canceled reservation and it now has a credit card guarantee, along with adding a credit card guarantee to the other reservations I had. He gave me new reservation numbers. So after 7 hours of dealing with Disney Dining, I am finally finished and hopefully everything is squared away. I really hope everyone else can get their credit cards added without any extra drama.

Adding my cc# to my ADRs was very simple. Almost too simple. Maybe the CM made a mistake and my reservations will poof? If everything works out I'll be pleasantly surprised.

I know! Having two phones on hold this last attempt was the only thing to keep my sanity. After being transfered three times to the survey instead of disney dining help, I ended up calling on both phones. I was sent again to the survey on my cell phone and at least had the land line in the que for help. I was lucky, the songs were actually synced together, so I had stereo phones on speaker on my desk.

I got through right away this morning, no hold, at 7:00am and got the date I wanted and the exact time only to find out about this CC thing. We are staying club level so I called the itinerary planning office and they added my credit card without a problem. So, if you are staying club level, call the IPO if you need to add a credit card.

Are you kidding me? I just checked back in and now find out I have to get BACK on the phone to save my ressie from being droped? I just dialed again and can't get through. Maybe I should wait a few more hours. I just cannot sit and listen to that busy signal or error message over and over again.

Since I was going out to dinner tonight, I decided to try again. It took about 15 minutes to get through and then another 40 minutes to add CC. The CM, Holly, seemed really knowledgeable about the situation. She said that first they would try and rebook for same date and time and then cancel the original. If there was no availability which there wasn't, she would have to get on with someone else. A few minutes later she was back and I was all set. I did get a new confirmation number.

I just re-booked using 407.939.2625. No problems going straight to a CM.

For anyone still trying, I also had good luck with this number to call back to add my cc#. May just have been luck of the draw on the dialing, but I did get through straight to a CM. She ended up canceling my original one and rebooking me for the same day 5 minutes later.

Well, thanks to this bulletin board, we tried calling again to add the CC#... first try, on hold for 35 minutes got a newbie rep and wound up getting hung up on. Grrr! Second attempt, was on hold for another 30 minutes, got a rep who was trying to find us a new reservation so she could re-book and cancel, and of course there weren't any available! I kept trying to tell her we had a confirmation number and she finally fessed up that she "couldn't add the credit card number" to that reservation for us. However, she did get us connected with Libby in guest services, who had the credit card added in 30 seconds! New confirmation number was provided, but date and time of reservation are the same as what I got this morning in the automated system. Be persistent, keep calling, and when you get through to a rep, be even more persistent that this can be fixed and don't take no for an answer! Tell them to connect you to guest services to make sure you keep your reservation! 7 hours of headache for this reservation, but I believe it will be worth it though!!! So now, we officially (I HOPE!) have a reservation for Monday, November 26th at 7:25pm for 3 adults!

Adding my CC was very simple as well. They told me there will be a penny charge. Kept the same res #. Hope its fine.
I am nervous now that it will be cancelled.
