I spent 1.5 hours getting a busy signal. Finally got to the automated system, found a %^@$(% day I could get a reservation and now it decided it doesn't like my very NORMAL first name and so it put me to the hold thing. Where I now I have to wait an hour. This is unbelievably frustrating.

Got mine by calling 7675 the dine number never worked for me they also didn't ask for credit card but I check it online and it's there so I will call back later to add my credit card just in case

I got through (after an hour and a half of busy or dropped signals!), used the main vacation booking #, used the automated system, and was done in 5 minutes!! Good luck to everyone!! Got my ressies for Jan 6th and 8th for the times i wanted!!

it just disconnected me.

I finally got through, tried automated system and when I said be our guest it said CRT and would not let me try to correct it so I am now on hold for up to 45 min. At least I am on hold now and not getting all circuits are busy

I got through on one of the many numbers I called - I don't know which one I was dialing so many. Used the automated services and got a confirmation number.. Dec 10 for a party of 13.

I did not get a confirmation email nor am I able to see this in my other dining reservations...can anybody else see this online with their other reservations or will it not show up until Aug 22 when BOG goes online

I finally got through with the 407-939-7675 number. I only had to call it for maybe 5 minutes before getting put on hold for a minute before an agent helped! Got our reservation for December 20th at 4:55. We were aiming for 5 so I'm very pleased!

I still have not gotten through. But a little bit ago my friend called to say she made ours!!!! I saw I got a text and peeked......... and couldn't believe when it said "I GOT IT!" I still haven't gotten anything but busy signals and "all circuits are busy"..........



I'm still trying to get one for the first half of the trip when my husband is along so he can see it too.

I haven't gotten a confirmation email yet either, nor is it listed with the rest of my ressies...i'm hoping it's just b/c the system is on overload! I did get a confirmation number when i used the automated system though...so hopefully it worked, especially after all that!!

I got in on the 6244 number. Completely automated. Got my Nov 24 at 6:10PM (asked for 6PM, got 5:40, 5:50 and 6:10 to choose from).

After over one hour on hold -- finally got an agent on the phone. November 19 was unavailable at any time for a party of five. Fortunately, I could re-arrange to November 21st. Also, got December 30th for our big Christmas/New Years trip for a party of nine.

Omg wow. So glad I got thru when I did

After 56 minutes (originally told a 15 min wait) , was finally able to get 12/4 at 4:20pm for party of 3.

I tried to get some info from the CM...I'm going to guess that BoG will not be open during mvmcp because they are only accepting ADR's until 5:30 on mvmcp nights although many of the "normal dining hours are now completely booked". I wanted 5pm and there was no availability. Had to take 4:20. She also said there are A LOT of people on hold, so don't give up if you are still waiting...a credit card hold is required.

I got mine thru WDW-DINE...I tried the automated at first, but the system thought i was saying Marrakesh or Akershus...??? Way off from BoG, but ok...

Whew! Ninety minutes of redialing and my husband finally got through. We got our first choice: 6:35 p.m. on Nov. 28, my younger daughter's first birthday.

If it gives anyone hope, I went through the automated system (with no problems), and when I asked for 6:30 (for a party of six), it offered me 6:35, 6:15 or 6:50. So there was plenty of availability.
