I have a HUGE knot in my stomach just anticipating this.

Someone mentioned going through DVC to try to make their ADR because there's the potential for less phone traffic??? But don't their hours start at 9am???

If you call 407-wdw-dine to make reservations for BOG on monday at 7 am florida time, is there a way to get right to a CM and therefore bypass the automated menu? It's difficult on my cell phone too and I think it's a good 5 minutes before a human comes on the phone

I was thinking we would just do lunch there, but now I'm thinking maybe I will try for a dinner reservation.

We were orignally going to go for dinner in Jan but after seeing the menu we have decided on lunch. Since there won't be characters we won't really be missing anything. We also aren't adventurous eaters so lunch suites us better. I am waiting for a menu for Gaston's Tavern as well!

No, it's a credit card guarantee. They should process a $1 charge to authenticate it, which will come back off. You will only be charged if you don't show. Then it's $10/head.

I am in WDW now. I rearranged my 12:10 adr at H&V on Monday so that I can be at a concierge or the guest relations desk right at noon Hoping this saves me tons of time on the phone and that I can snag an adr for our Christmas and February trips!

I sure hope you get to do a walk-up. I can't believe they would open a high profile restaurant like this without running it with live guests not on ADRs.

We will be at WDW for DD "Golden Birthday" in June 2013...and are hoping to snag ressies for her birthday dinner at BOG! We are pretty far out yet from our 180+10, but are WISHING hard for Breakfast with Cindy in the Castle and then Dinner with Belle!! By then you should be able to book BOG online, right? Thanks!

You'll have a much greater advantage. If you can book deep into your 180 plus 10 you will have the best chance of all at getting your ADR. It's this free-for-all that we're facing Monday that has me really sort of depressed right now.

That sounds like an amazing birthdy though. If I could get to the MK on my own golden birthday next year, I would totally plan a day just like that. But my son has the nerve to graduate High School about a week later, so I don't see that happening.

Just FYI, they announced yesterday that reservations would be opening at 7am, instead of 12pm. You may already know this, but I wanted to let you know just in case! Good luck.

Just an FYI, Belle won't be at BOG for dinner. It's not a character meal. You can find Belle in her storytime meet and greet in her library.

And yes, they will start taking online reservations on Aug. 22.

How early do most people get up to start getting put on hold for this? I am thinking I might try and get on the phones at 5:00am, eastern time. Too early? Too late?
Also, does anyone know of a thread that has the dates when certain people are looking for ressies? That way people know a small part of what they are up against?
