Hi!

I've been so busy trying to get everything together for this weekend. My mom and I are leaving Friday afternoon for the Ladies Trip. There is so much planned I don't know where we will fit in any rides. They are calling for rain on Saturday but I hope not.

Do NOT, I repeat do NOT fall for this! Just stay home...crawl under the covers, watch a few Disney movies, gather all your stuffed Disney animals and talk to them all day...it will be much better.

I'm sorta feeling better...cold is just about over. All that's left is a headache and scratchy throat. Just went to Jack in the Box for lunch...can you tell I'm not feeling well...I don't care what kind of garbage I eat when I don't feel well.

At the end of today I will have officially worked 73 hours this week! Did I mention how much I LOVE year end accounting and also switching over to a new accounting software. Between not feeling well and working so many hours I'm sure my family is ready to kill me this week.

All is good - crazy busy but I am excited to finally be getting hours again!!! DH finally let a shift manager go that really needed to be gone - so it is all for the best!!!

Once upon a time when I was but a mere 18 years old I had two full time jobs...one that was 40 hours a week and one that was 32-35 hours a week. How on earth did I do that for a full year?

Oh I know I had no kids, no house, no real responsibilities.

All is good - crazy busy but I am excited to finally be getting hours again!!! DH finally let a shift manager go that really needed to be gone - so it is all for the best!!!

I think we should file this away until this summer when the kids are out of school, you're working ridiculous hours and drop dead tired. Then we'll see how excited you are!

Well ladies, back to the salt mines....that is if I can stay awake all this afternoon. It's a dreary, rainy day here...I just ate burger & onion rings and feel like I need a nap-e-pooh.

Hi everyone. I fell down the stairs today at the mall!

I have become hooked on Plants Vs. Zombies. I bought the app for it on my iPod and played it. Then I bought the PC version because it has more levels. It's really funny and my bf likes it too.

There is a free demo version you can download on popcaps website.

I'm glad it's Friday! Yay! I am ready to sleep in! lol.

Last night I had a manicure done. I had a pedicure done last week. The last time I had that done was 6-7 months ago.

Anyway, while I was having my nails done, I told the manicurist that she did an awesome job on my pedicure last week but I feel pain in my left big toe. She thought that she had removed the ingrown toe nail but apparently it had split in two and the top was pointy and was poking and digging into me, which was causing the pain. She was awesome and yes this was painful but after she did my nails, she removed 3 ingrown toe nails. It was sooo painful but I told her I understood she had to remove it because I didn't want it to cause even bigger problems.

I bought a small inexpensive bottle of oil that prevents ingrown toe nails from growing and it also helps stop callus. I've been using it at night after I shower. I think it's helping but let me tell you, once she removed those ingrown toe nails, I was relieved and pain-free! Eeek....not a good thing to have.

Oh wow. I had an infected ingrown toe nail once that was absolutely awful. I remember going to the doctor and when I took my sock off he actually recoiled in horror. No joke. And then he redirected me to a more experienced doctor and told me best of luck with that toe. Yeah, thanks alot. Tell me again why you're a doctor. Anyway, after antibiotics didn't work and I had part of the toenail removed and that didn't work I stuck a piece of cotton in the tip of the toenail and it healed. Now if I feel an ingrown toenail coming on I stick a piece of cotton in there and it fixes itself. Probably tmi, sorry. But yes very painful so I'm feeling your pain pixter.

Right now I'm heading down the 57 toward Anaheim. Don't worry I'm not driving, my mom is. It's a little cloudy but they don't look like rain clouds.

There is a way to just pick your tickets up at the gate. It should give you the option when you check out.

I purchased mine online from Disney (not a reseller) and was able to print out the voucher. It said don't take the voucher to the ticket window, just present it at the turnstills and it will be exchanged for a park ticket. That's what I did and it worked like a charm! They scanned my email printed ticket and handed me a real ticket.
