The Title Co. Has my Closing pprs..

I'm confused...I have not heard from the title company that we have closed yet, but I received an email from Disney giving me a temporary password and saying that my user id would be in the welcome home packet that I received...well, I did not receive that either. I know I can call MS and they will help me log on.
I'm just trying to figure out what's going on because my last emails with the title co was just a couple days before I received the email from Disney. How could this all have happened so fast?
I have not been able to call yet because I am actually down in Disney now on vacation!
Oh well, I guess I'll get it all sorted out when I get home.

I've had that happen before. For a resale add-on I saw the points in my account but hadn't heard anything from either the broker or title company. After I contacted the broker and title company to verify the closing (although I knew it had) I then got an email from them about how in 8-10 days I'd be able to access my points. lol Way ahead on that one!

Also - I never received a welcome home packet for my initial purchase so don't feel like you're alone. :cutie:
