Ok, now where was I?
Sophomore year of HS, my then best friend was very jealous of the amount of time I was spending with my now DH. She was a mouthy one, always talkin' trash about everybody, but never me. So one day she came into the lunchroom and sat down next to me but turned her back to me. Right away she started mouthing off, but this time it was about me! I said "What did you just say" and she said "You heard me". Well I didn't, I only heard my name mentioned. Next thing I know we are both standing and she pushed me and I pretty much threw it down baby!
CAT FIGHT! LUNCHROOM!
How embarassing. Anyway, I kicked her ***. I didn't know that at the time, but everybody let me know later. People were high-fiving me, kids I didn't know would walk up and congratulate me - "hey aren't you that girl that kicked J****'s ***?. Even teacher's told me "She had it coming." She wasn't very well liked. Big mouths never are. I sat in the principal's office and bawled like a baby.
My mom was sooo proud. She never liked her. I didn't get in any trouble at home. Other than they didn't want me to have anything to do with her anymore. I was actually sad about it. She had been my best friend since 3rd grade, but we had grown apart. She was, well, she wasn't very smart so she just got in a lot of trouble at school and she really was just awful to everybody. I feel bad for her now.
The worst part of the whole thing was that I had never gotten below a "B" on my report card before and because I missed a major test in Biology, I got my one and only "C". I was all about my GPA, so that was a big downer for me.
I'm not quite like Lewski though. I think she's quite a bit tougher than me. I don't like confrontations, I get shaky. But I'll stand up for myself and the people around me if I have to do it. I'll open up that can of whoop-*** when needed.
