....got a question for all you bullies out there....

.....I told DS9 that if someone hits him, he's allowed to hit back, but only if he gets hit first.......did I say the right thing? I certainly want him to take up for himself but don't want him to get into trouble either............

definately. I tell my kids the same thing. As long as they don't start it and do try to talk their way out of it. If not, don't go sissy on them, hit them with everything they got!!

He'll probably get in some kind of trouble if he's at all involved. For GOD'S sake, this chick had a knife and was asking for a tire iron. I did initiate the physical contact when I knew that, but I had to keep my eyes on her at all times. I did't want to turn and be stabbed or struck.
