I made it through my run group without any frostbite.

It was 19F and while the wind was not as strong as predicted, so it wasn't down to "feels like" 8F like in the forecast, it was still quite chilly especially on the way back (we do an out and back on Saturdays) because the road we run on runs alongside a river and the wind was coming off the river in your face on the way back.
I was running all alone because my slow pace buddy did not come today, so I was trying to sing while running, as the coach I was running with on Wednesday recommended to sing out loud when running alone to help get used to talking while running like we usually do when we're in groups or pairs. The only thing I could think of to sing was 99 bottles of beer, though, and I kept losing track of what beer I was on.

At one point on the way back, my left side of my face was going numb and I was having trouble forming my words, and my first thought was, "Am I having a stroke? No I guess this is just the wind freezing me..."
