I am very excited!!!!!!!!!! The cookie cake was a Winn Dixie creation........they had a table set up at the front door with Saints stuff on it .

I was happy for the saints!!! I won $50 in the bank pool!! I NEVER win those things!!! I was thinking of you watching the end last night, knowing you had to be on the edge of your seat!! I do like it when the SB is a good game, and that was one of the better ones I've EVER seen!!!! Now if my Jaguars can just get there!!! LOL

I would really like to eat at California Grill, but I know they don't have anything Dale or Dallas would eat. I have some VERY picky eaters .

My brother used to be the PICKIEST eater ever- but he loved CG. You have to give it a try! I have the menu if you want me to send it to you- although, they change it seasonally. My stepmom swears by the filet mignon there.
I also had to say CONGRATS ON THE SAINTS WINNING!!!!!

Great cake and I love the face paint!!! Patriots are our team, so with them out we were hoping for the Saints to win!! So, YAHOOOOO!!!

That cookie cake is too funny! I was sad for Peyton and the Colts, but I was really happy for the Saints! As I told DH, that is probably the only team that I would be okay with the Colts losing to. (It helps that one of our favorite former Vols - Meachem - is a Saint. )

I priced out our meals last night and it looks like we probably wouldn't save much, if any. Plus I like the "all-inclusiveness" of having the dining plan, so we will probably just go ahead with it. Now once we start having to pay for the kids, it may be a different story!

I looked at the menu and I saw a lot I would eat, but unless they serve hamburgers and pizza I am out of luck with Dale and Dallas . When I say picky, I'm being generous .

Thanks Pam. I did the facepaint with my eyeliner and some gold eyeshadow I have. To make it stay on my face I used hairspray . Dallas' rubbed off pretty quickly.
The Saints won the 44th Super Bowl in their 44th year with 44 seconds left on the clock.....lol.

I thought the cake was funny too. I had baked a lemon cake(closest thing to gold I could think of) Saturday, but when I saw that one I had to get it too. I don't feel bad for Peyton, he has his Super Bowl ring......lol.

I am just going to go ahead and get the ddp too. I figure if we want to we could always pay for Dallas' stuff oop and have some extra table service credits and maybe do the Luau, or HDD. I don't know if they are having the BYB when we are there, but that is an option. I hate having to pay adult prices for an 11 yo, but that is how they do it so I don't have a choice. At least he can order off the adult menu if he wants too.....NOT.

I am very artistic aren't I?................... I had to keep redoing mine and Dallas' before I finally got them to look like that.....lol.

I have been told a couple of different things as far as adding the ddp. I have heard at least 72 hours before you arrive, but the CM yesterday told me I had to add it at least 5 days out.

I asked about this specifically the other day when I had a CM on the phone, Dana. I was told the 5 day out thing as well. But this CM told me that they won't apply your room-only deposit to the package deposit. So they have to credit your deposit back to your account (and according to him, it sometimes takes several days to do that!) ; then of course it is now a package and the total amount is due immediately.

The CM I was talking to suggested that I do it early enough, to get my deposit credited back to my account before my actual trip. So I mentioned maybe doing it at the first of May, and he said that should be early enough to get that account/credit settled.

Thank you for telling me that Michelle. When I changed my resort from Pop to CBR I was told 72 hours and then Topaz (yes that was her name ) told me 5 days. She didn't tell me that it had to be canceled and re-booked though . I would have been upset had you not let me know that and I got messed up with my Disney money . I guess I will need to change it pretty soon then. I wish they could just upgrade it without all the hoop la and let me just pay the difference. .

When I changed mine today she explained that it was a totally different booking system and that is why it won't just change over. I'm excited about the changes now .

Yes, I did . Had to get a whole new ressie number and everything . The old ressie number was just a long list of numbers and now it is much shorter and has letters. I guess the letters are what signifies it as a package? I am getting more and more excited .

We are doing the Safari Celebration Dinner the Sunday we get to Disney. I am so pumped now I can hardly stand it.
