Wow, reading the who loves the hat at DHS thread.

FTR I actually love the hat.
Not so much the ugly stage in front of it.

I think it just depends on what you grew up with. I grew up with that hat, has been there ever since I first went. If it was just the theater, I'm sure I'd have a different opinion.

Oddly, I liked the wand at Epcot too...

Today has been a mixed day.

I got homesick today (because of a terrible day) and started crying in front of everyone, which was rather embarassing (it wasn't very dramatic though).

But our drill in marching band is also very easy for the closer to our third show (we learned it in two days)
And I got a Care Package from my mom with the D23 magazine, plus the Tron computer pad, and my Mickey Monitor, along with various treats. Overall it was an alright day.
Oh and I found my room key That means I don't have to pay 100 dollars for the replacement.
