Oh the lake will definitely be back! They're just draining it so they can do all their imagineering work and add everything to make the show great (unlike LuminAria...).

And I just realized I FINALLY hit 200 posts! Woohoo!!

We saw the drained lake on Nov. 21st (first official day of Holidays). I took a few pix but since it was almost dark they really didn't come out well.

Wow weird to see it empty. Has anyone noticed the odor that they were worried about? I hope not. I am excited for this new show and hope it is as great as F! I am sad that the sun wheel is empty

Haha yeah, unfortunately it won't be up that quickly.

But hopefully after this DCA will soon have enough magic to content with its sister park directly across from it! (Or is that wishful thinking... )

Well, in the opinion of SOME people, DCA already has enough, if not MORE, magic than DL!

Especially bug's land, which a certain family enjoys bunches more than Fantasyland.

I agree that DCA certainly has it's fair share of charm but I believe these improvements will only add to it and make it even more enjoyable. However it shall also make it more crowded but you take the bad with the good
