I know it's probably to soon to talk about this yet, but what can I say... I'm a planner!

Is anyone interested in sharing the cost of a Photopass CD by sharing a Photopass account around late October/early November? We will be at WDW Oct. 24-31 so for this to work, you'd have to be traveling around same time because of the 30 day time frame in which to order the CD. I would be willing to order the CD, collect the money (I have a paypal account), make copies of the CD and mail them out to all who participated. Keep in mind that everyone within the group would have a copy of your family's photos on CD. I'm okay with that, but some may not be. I believe the cost of the CD is $125 now. So if we could get several people to join we could get the cost down tremendously!

Let me know if you are interested or if you have questions about how this would work.

Personally, I feel that sharing of a photopass card is just too risky. First, you have to surrender the card to someone else to take care of and if they lose it, your pictures are just gone. It's one thing if I lose my photopass card, it's a whole different ball of wax if someone else does. Second, if you add more than one other family to the mix, the odds get even more likely that something is going to happen to that card that will only lead to heartbreak. Third, the cost of the cd is really reasonable considering the price of the photos if you were to buy each of them seperately. Then, you have the issue of making duplicates of the cd, which can cause the data to be lost or degraded and too you lose the ability to do all of the edits on your photos with the Disney software, because it will not transfer to any duplicated discs. So, I feel that sharing a PhotoPass is not a good deal or a wise practice. JMO Maggie

I've been MIA for a while but I'm back now! LOL We changed our hotel to AKL from BC and we're thrilled that we got a Savannah room!! Jackie talks about almost nothing but going to Disney World and meeting all the Princesses! We're taking her to a Disney Princess brekafast at a local children's museum this weekend and she keeps thinking she's meeting them at WDW!!

We're going Oct 28-Nov 4 ~ Stayin offsite at Windsor Hills We decided to not do the Halloween party though

Just met with inlaws on the weekend to see what time we'd leave from home. FIL wanted to leave at 4 am....Hubby and I figured we'd leave at 2am....kid should sleep in the dark right! .

This is a girls only trip - hubbies are staying home to babysit the critters. We are really excited about this trip and attending the party for the first time. We will be going to WDW sometime in October for my first trip . My DD has been given a Make a Wish Trip . We do not have the dates yet. Although my wife and one stepson went 8 years ago, this is a first for me and for our 5 year old. We are SO excited. I have been researching everything I can find on the web .

We will be staying at Give Kids the World Village in Kissimmee . It looks like an awesome place gktw.org

We hope to see many of you there.
