The Official Who's Going in October of 2007 List!

I just saw this post mentioned in another thread and I'd love to join you all and share my excitement about our trip in October! :)

Can I ask a question too? I'm considering geting tickets to the Halloween Party for one night while we're there. Is it something that two adults traveling without children would enjoy? I just don't want to spend $80+ on something that's mainly for kids to trick-or-treat. Thanks!

Lori

We're going -- first timers! Oct 3-8 staying at POFQ!

You're going to LOOOOOOVE Port Orleans French Quarter! We had an amaaazing time there in '05 and fell in love with the resort. It's so beautiful and quiet and so lively at the same time.

I hope you have a great time! :)

DH and I are two adults (most of the time-lol) and had a BALL at MNSS last year. It was fun to see the little kiddos (and BIG kidos!) dressed up. It's not all trick or treating-there's so much more to it! There's the special villain shows, the Boo To You Parade, and talk about hardly any lines for rides! I hope you can go. It's so worth it we're going twice this year! :)

Thanks for the nice response to my post! Sounds like a lot of fun...and the small crowds will be great. Now just have to talk to my SO about getting tickets!

:hmghost:
We are driving up to WDW in October as well. CANNOT WAIT!
Epcot Food and Wine...here we come.
:woohoo:
We will be there Oct. 13-16. So far, staying at POP. If a nice FL resident code pops up, we might switch to CSR. We shall see.

My DH and I will be enjoying MNSSHP for the first time on this trip. Our tickets just came in the mail yesterday!! :woohoo: And from everything that I've read its a lot more than just trick-or-treating.

I am really glad to hear people say only adults are going...my grown DS and I are going in October for the Food and Wine Festival, and we didn't order tickets as we have a very short trip (Oct 26-29), but DH and I are going in September (19-25) and we got tickets for MNSSHP on the 21st. He asked me if we were going to the Halloween Party, I said no, because we'd miss Magic Hours at Epcot, that was the only night the party is on while we are there. (He loves Epcot). He looked at me like I had two heads and said, "But we've been to Magic Hours at Epcot!" So I ordered tickets :) He was less enthusiastic when he found out how much the tickets cost though...

I am looking forward to the parade and Hallowishes! :) Seeing all the little kids is costume will be fun too!

I don't think I'm on there...I'll look again, but just in case:

Staying at the Beach Club from 10/5 to 10/10 :)

Why are you confused? Maggie

While you are no longer confused.....I am. lol

Well that is certainly acceptable. :) I have felt kinda icky today, so it's not that hard to confuse me. lol Maggie

Thanks, I felt so WEIRD today so maybe it is something in the air. Hopefully, you are feeling better. Still not quite myself but alot better.

Feeling better, just achy today. Bad tummy bug yesterday took a lot out of me. I should be good to go to work tomorrow. I just am taking it easy today. Watching Mr. and Mrs. Smith right now and surfin the DIS.

I hope you are well today. Maggie
