Hi all!!!

We are having an absolute blast! I am so glad the WFD thread is still rocking! :)

Tonight we are going to Carribbean Beach and eating at Shutter's. We are also going to do somme resort creeping while there. We are going to DD later and eating lunch at Earl of Sandwich. I can't wait to do my restaurant report!

Have a great day all!!

I leave this afternoon!

I will be in Epcot this evening, dinner at Coral Reef, but I definitely will be looking around for you, and any other DISers!

Hey Lindsay, so glad you're having a great time!

LuLu, hope you have a magical trip!

Tonight we're having "Chicken 'N Gravy", super easy done in an oven cooking bag!! Rice and corn on the side.

Have a great day everyone! :thumbsup2

Some kind of pork chop, Over the Rainbow mac and cheese, acorn squash halved and baked, zuchinni sauted with a little soy sauce. May make a chocolate pie.

BTW is there an easier way to get to the recipes on this thread? For example this post is on page 209 and I see from the 1st post a recipe I want to get to on page 146. I have to keep hitting the first page on the top of my list which only lists 10 pages at a time. Takes forever. Can't get search to work. I said search this thread and it gave me other threads for pork chop recipes from 2003....... :rotfl:

Hey Lindsay, glad you're having a great time! I think I was at Beaches & Cream the day before you were there. We just got back home Sunday. It was a little chilly while we were up there, but started to warm up when we were leaving. Can't wait to read your restaurant report.

LuluLovesDisney ~ I love Coral Reef, it's such a cool place to eat. Did you request a specific building at Pop? We stayed in the Big Wheel building again and it was a great location. Have a wonderful time on your trip.

WFD? Not sure yet. I'll post again after I go grocery shopping.

I was wondering that myself. Search is pretty much a joke now, I can't find anything that way anymore.

It would be a LOT of work, but maybe Lindsay could put links to the pages the recipes are on, on the first page. Or maybe just put a link to every 10th page and list the recipes and the page numbers under that link. If she was interested in doing it, I wouldn't mind helping. Just a thought.

There is an easy way to get to a certain page, I'll try and explain it:

Go to the address bar where you type in www., etc and you will see in there "page=1"(if your on the first page of the thread ) just delete the "1" and put the page number in that you want to get to, then press enter. :thumbsup2

Not me, I have a 16 yr old son who showed me this a while back, while I was searching ten pages at a time on the "Pics of disney food" thread. He felt sorry for me. :teeth:

WOOHOO. :cheer2: Thank you and your dear sweet 16yo son.

Thanks for the tip! I can't tell you how inept I feel everytime I try to find a recipe and get all tangled up.

Tonite my nephew is coming to dinner and I can't wait to cook for him! He is just back ffrom his Iraq tour and he said the food was not so good. The carrot cake is made, potatoes peeled for mashed potatoes. my sister is running her spiral ham over. I am also making gravy, corn and snap peas with mint. I have some little spinich and feta cheese appetizers along with a crusty bread and olive oil and balsamic vinegar for starters. Apple pie from Gail (Costco).

A nice Pinot Grigio and a Pinot Noir to round it out.

Lululovesdisney: Have a great time!

 Hi Lindsay! Glad you guys are having a great trip! Can't wait to read your report!

TigerKat, I'm glad for the tip too! (It can be a bear trying to get to the right page!)

LuLu, hope you guys have a great trip too! :wizard:

I *think* we're having chicken alfredo with peas & noodles and maybe a side salad. For dessert we are either having cookies or brownies. I have to go to the grocery store ASAP! (Putting it off.)

Well, if I get off my rear end and get to the store, we'll be having chicken pot pie. However, DH has to work tonight (he's a photographer for our local news station, and he's covering election results), so the kids and I may just opt for something easier like spaghetti or hamburgers. It's DS's birthday tomorrow, so I have to make a cake for that. I'd like to get it done tonight, so not cooking dinner would be great. Hmmmm, maybe we'll go to Wendy's for salads!

Glynis, I was waffling between spaghetti & chicken alfredo. Now you have me thinking a chicken pot pie sounds good! LOL. :) I just want something quick & tasty. I do have some pie shells in the frige. Hmmm. :scratchin

DS has been requesting grilled smoked sausage, so we'll have that with mac & cheese and corn.

I'm baaa-ck! :)

We had a (mostly) awesome trip, and I will be posting detailed reviews of our meals over on the restaurant board starting tonight if you are interested in what/where we ate.

Tonight I am having panini--bacon, cheddar, sweet onion, tomato, cracked pepper, while watching Dancing With the Stars.
Looking forward to going back and seeing what everyone has been cooking while I've been gone!
