Now I wish I got a key card last week. Since my mobile key was working so fast (for the first time ever), I didn't ask for a key card.

I know discussion in another thread but this is for @AstroBlasters. Now I know with the Perfect Day IPA, the seasonal chili corn dog does looks better than ever! A recommend. who does #2 work for? So good.

Prior to 7am use the security from hotel between Fantasy & Adventure tower. As others are lined up waiting, your room key gets you right into Downtown Disney for head start.

So happy they are still doing this!

Our self parking is the first right after clearing the security booths. If it looks full or have to park far distance out..go up to the roof self parking instead, when open. You will see the ramp up where you make that right turn to the ground lot.

There will be many open spots up there. Stairs into the building (coming down at Goofy’s Kitchen, is south end of roof (toward our Discovery tower). The elevator down from roof is at north/east area of the roof. (Back toward where you drove up).

Just went out to the palette pool area to check. Yes..on the hot tub active and being used. Splash pad a..yes.. as well. Water function good, colored lights working. Steamboat was putting out steam. Just not hearing the toots it used to have before steaming.

Spoke with group of lifeguards about the pool. Seems it still a bit wonky. Your day might vary. One day was told the steaming stayed on all day with nonstop misting anyone in lounge chairs near it. It has still made the sounds but not today.

Yes they were both working great about 10 days ago! I walked by the splash pad and put my feet in a couple parts of it and it was shooting up nice warm water.

we're 45 days out from our welcome home stay.

If we Uber in, is there a specific drop off that's easier? (we're flying in from LGB and out of SNA so I probably won't rent a car)

also we might be going straight to the running expo.

Just have them drop you off at the main building to check-in (it’s the same for the villas and hotel)! I loved flying into Long Beach - it’s such a cute little airport.

I've been flying in and out of LGB for decades, since before the renovation. it's convenient from NorCal and I used to have cousins nearby. love the Art Deco terminal.

It’s tempting! Good thing our use year is Feb so it’s a bit easier to resist at the moment

I was wondering if anyone knew if the upgrade to a preferred view villa is worth the cost over the standard view? It is about $100 more a day after tax. It says prefered is views of the pool. It looks like the deluxe villas do not have balconies either. Is the standard view louder than the pool view? That is probably my only real concern, as I would really only be in the room to sleep. Thanks!
