I thought tonight's episode was pretty boring. The best part was seeing Alcide without his shirt on in the previews for next week.

I usually don't say this...But it was very boring.

I really think they should have left the fairies out of the show. It doesn't translate as well on TV as it does in the books.

Also...The Terry storyline sucks. I liked him much better when he was a minor character who said/did a funny thing here or there.

I DO like how the Pam/Eric/Tara thing is working out though. Does anyone think that Pam may try to use Tara to kill Sookie?

I want Sookie and Alcide together but it really rubbed me the wrong way when she was all like, "You'd do anything for me, you love me." The reason I like Sookie is because she's humble and down to Earth...IDK, seemed out of character to me.

I still like this season better than last.

Yes I agree it was pretty boring and I really think that kid was set up to be the traitor. After seeing her face when Nora agreed to give up who the traitor was I now more than before think that Salome is behind all of this.
Anyone else not liking the path Lafayette’s character is taking?

I think Lafayette's storyline with the demon is sooooo dumb! (I didn't like it when the demon was Jesus's either.) He just needs to stick with being fabulous.

I also think Salome is the traitor. DH called it that the kid was going to get staked...Shock value to kill a kid he said.

I wonder if Lilith is going to make an appearance since they are constantly talking about her. Maybe she could come back and bring Godrick with her!!

I wonder what is going to happen with Pam and Eric now that he released her. I hope they stay together the way they are now even though she is free to go..

Thanks. The TWC rep conveniently left that part out when I told him I only wanted HBO to watch True Blood & then was going to cancel.


This episode wasn't too bad. But, I was multi-tasking, doing other things. So I didn't have to pay attention during Terry's storyline. I also didn't have to listen to the whole diatribe with the Guardian. I actually liked this episode better this way.

I did think the Lafayette demon was stupid.

I like that Pam is taking care of Tara better. I also hope Pam & Eric stay together, if even in secret.

We are actually paying for HBO specifically for True Blood (DH does watch movies and stuff too, but only because we have it already). Every week, I wonder why we pay for it because the show just keeps getting worse.

I'm not really enjoying this season, I don't know if I'm going to keep watching it once Breaking Bad premieres on the 15th.

Not liking the Terry storyline, or the fairy storyline, or Sam's storyline, much at all. They are random and don't tie in.

Seems like the Sookie/Alcide romance is a little late, but glad they didn't skip it. More Joe M is never a bad thing. Funny it coincides with him making a movie.

I think I might like the Pam and Tara bonding story. But it might have been interesting to let her be crazy too, at least as crazy as Jessica was at the beginning.

We are also huge Game of Thrones fans. Nice of them to schedule the two shows back to back. We can cancel when TB is over, probably for a year!

The way I understood it was the soldiers were halucinating that they saw the guy in the tower and shot the innocent town people instead.

Even though Eric released Pam, I think they'll still stay together (and after the end of the season, when all is right with the world, he can't take her back, but still...)

I think Pam & Tara together could be a great team.

And, I know there's no sense on betting on this, but I do bet Eric and Bill will get into Sookie's house prior to Sookie & Alcide getting the job done.

The majority of the storylines confuse me though. The solider storyline, the fairy storyline, Tara's storyline (where is it going?). Even the Authority stuff is kind of confusing.

I really think we should have gotten to see some naked Alcide in this episode!

Just when the season FINALLY starts to get good, they make this episode 50 minutes!! Ugh!!

Ok please drop the whole Hoyt storyline....they are making him look stupid. It is a waste of a good couple minutes used for another storyline.

yes the majority of the story lines are stupid. The Terri story can go, and I don't know where Tara's is going but I think it could be good, she could be like a mini Pam.
the Authority stuff is also confusing, and the fairy stuff is not playing out properly in my opinion.

The new show, The Newsroom, is also very good. It's written by Aaron Sorkin, who also wrote the West Wing Series. Granted, a different genre from True Blood and Game of Thrones, but the writing is really good, as is the cast.

I know most will not agree but I can not stand sookies character!I like the show but I want to FF everytime she is on lol I do not think she is cute at all and her wishy washyness is getting old.I love alcide and would love to see alot more of him but at this point not with her,he is to good for her. I think maybe a alcide/pam story? or maybe its time for a new female for everyone to fall all over.
