"The Official 'True Blood' Vampire Thread" ...spoilers included.

If you look close, Tara's brains were blown out...not sure just how far Vamp blood can bring a human back. :confused3 They might have to turn her, but they can only do that if she's still alive, which I don't think she is.

The wolf at Sam's can't be Emma...she'd NEVER snarl at Sam!

I LOVE that Steve Newlin's a vamp! Poetic justice! Unless Jason invites him in, I think he's safe...the only twist would be if Steve had been inside as a human....but I'd think he'd still have to be re-invited as a vamp?!?

One of my fave lines was Eric, on the firepyle.... "Excuse me, we're a little crispy up here!"

And I DON'T like the idea of Terry going "bad"....he's awesome! I have a crush on him as well! He's so good to the baby, and to Arlene and her other kids!

See I felt that the warning was rather ambiguous and he (Renee) was actually referring to Terry's war buddy who just popped out of nowhere.

I really enjoyed the episode...although I am all for Eric and Sookie and wished they had a parting "whirl" as a previous poster said!

I was thinking that Preacher Steve was only wearing a costume...but maybe not?? Not really sure what to think....

Did anyone else recognize Terry's war buddy as Teddy's "husband" from Grey's Anatomy?? I think he is hot and would make a great vamp! The interaction between him and Terry almost made me feel like they were a "couple" during Terry's war days....as he looked surprised that he had a wife. Probably totally off here, but it was just the impression I got.

I think Tara is gone.....and this might lead the way for Sookie and Pam to become friendlier like in the books. I don't think Pam dug up Edgington.....Nan could have done it though as she knew Russell did not like the "authority" and would probably side with her/Bill/Eric in their cause.

I liked Jesus...and wish he did not die. I wonder if he will still be on the show and interact with Layfayette....as he told him since he is a medium he will always be with him.

All I know.....it's going to be a long 9 months!!!

-OK I laughed sooo hard when Pam(My favorite Vamp) was going off about Sookie and her precious fairy...ness.

-The Crispy line was great

-The scene with Holly and Andy made me smile, hooray for Andy for turning over a new leaf.

-The end scene with Sookie pushing the shot gun into Debbie's chin gave me nightmares last night, but I was sooo happy she killed her.

-I could not stop sobbing when Sookie was holding Tara and screaming for help.

I thought Renee was referring to Terry's war buddy too, or that the buddy was going to be trouble in some way and bring Terry's past out.
something is up with that.

so many things left hanging that are not even in the books, so not sure what to think.
well except for Sookie killing Debbie, although I liked how it went down in the books much better.

I have to agree with a PP and say they should have ended the season back at Moon Goddess. Last night's episode was silly at times.

How could Lafayette (Marnie) get Bill and Eric on that pyre? And where did Lafayette get that caftan? :rotfl:

So I don't get the Jason scene. Why would he even be scared? The vampire would have to be invited into his house right?

I think the Rev was in costume. What vampire would ring a doorbell? If he wanted Jason he would have just waited for him to leave his house.

I think it's all to keep us guessing. Newlin becoming a vampire is a great twist. To be turned into what he hated?? It's a great cliffhanger too!

I think Marnie either A) Used necromancy and forced the guys there against their will, or B) Got there right at dusk before they were awake and overpowered them with silver & Lafayette's strength....he might be gay, but the man is BUILT!

Marnie made vampires walk out into the sun, erased eric's memory, caused all the sheriffs to fight bill. I don't think it would be a feat to get two to stand still to be tied up.

So does anyone think everyone who died is coming back cause of them casting the spell to help Eric and Bill?

I dont see it as a costume, those fangs came out pretty quick.

I miss Renee....I know serial killer blah blah blah but I loved his accent and thought he was a super cutie.

I think because of how much Tara disapproves of the vamps that she is going to be made into one bye either Eric or Bill. My guess is Eric to try to get Sookie back to him.

Im sad Jesus is gone, they made such a great couple. I will miss him!!

I think the Renee speech is also referring to the buddy. I think he is going to bring out the PTSD in him again and hes going to go nuts.

Yay! Tara is dead...I hope.

So how did Russel Edgington get out? Anyone think Newlin dug him up? Or Edgington turned him?

I think it was Nan. She was building a group of people who hate the authority. Who hates it more than Russel?

Personally, I also think Sookie should have given Eric "a whirl" since he's back to his old self, just to check it all out. :thumbsup2

::yes::::yes::::yes:::blush: And Bill, and Alcide...:rolleyes1

I think they should write it so that Sookie can have all three. They've done those stories with men forever, why can't a woman have all three?

I agree

I think so, too.
Yay! Tara is dead...I hope.

:lmao: I agree. She's so annoying!

I loved last nights episode! I can't believe we have to wait untill June 2012 for more!

My guess is that Nan is the one that helped raise Russell, since she was going to turn on the AVL and the Authority...she knew Russell would want in on that and be one heck of a team member...

I don't know about the wolf who was snarling at Sam....I was thinking maybe it was Marcus' ghost but can you shift when you're a ghost??

I did NOT expect Nan, Jesus, and Tara to bite the big one....Debbie I expected because of the books but dang....Tara's character annoyed the heck out of me but to kill her off?? I don't know how I feel about that... :confused3 And poor Lafayette! WTH seriously? That poor guy! His BF and his cousin in the same day? That's just awful.

I actually stood up and cheered when Eric killed the Storm Troopers :rotfl2: And then Bill delivering the true death to Nan? Just plain awesome!

The graveyard scene was VERY cool...I wish that they went into it a bit more but if there's one thing that TrueBlood is good for, it's giving you too much of things you don't want and too little of the things you DO want :sad2:

I heart Jason. I think I've said that after every episode this season but seriously...I love him. So simple but so honest. Love it.

I'm sooo looking forward to season 5! And for those that read the books...I'm thinking Quinn will be making an appearance based on how things were left with Eric and Sookie...

DH thinks that they'll make Tara a vamp. Kind of poetic justice since she's been so anti-vamp and plotted to destroy them.

So I watched the whole episode now...I must say...VERY good...

- Tara may not be dead...I tend to agree that she will be a new vamp...much to her dismay I am sure.

- Poor Bill and Eric...LOL..I am sure Sookie will be back to one of them soon...

- Nan...good riddance...and I believe she dug up good ol Russell

- Poor Pam...So sad...but she was never the jealous type....

- The wolf in the woods....Probably the "new" pack leader since the old one is dead.

- Goodbye Debbie Pelt....what a nasty mess you left!

We were thinking that too but I think it's too late to turn her...I think she's dead and we'll see her as a ghost through Lafayette since he's a medium.

Poor Pam...So sad...but she was never the jealous type....

I liked the Pam angle...and Ginger is so cute! The vamps terrify her but they're all she knows since she's been glamoured so many times.

I don't know if you've read the books or not but for the benefit of those that haven't.... In book 4, Pam doesn't know what happens between Eric and Sookie while Eric has amnesia. And when Eric "wakes up" he doesn't remember anything that happened while he was there either, but he knows that something happened. At one point, Pam actually says to Sookie (in a nutshell) that she needs to come clean about what happened because it's driving Eric crazy and she (Pam) can't stand to see him like that.

We know that TrueBlood Eric will still be brooding over Sookie in Season 5 so I think once Eric and Pam smooth things over (considering the last thing that we heard Eric say to her was "get out of my sight before I kill you") and once Pam sees what Sookie means to Eric, she will loosen up a bit. I think her whole issue right now is that Eric has almost met the True Death, what? 3 times now? because of Sookie and Pam doesn't understand why Eric is so willing to die for her.

That is one thing that show really kind of glosses over...in the books, Eric and Pam know EVERYTHING about each other so Pam actually LIKES Sookie.
