NEW Disney Gift Card Deals and More.

Chase Freedom Flex. I was hoping it would code as Live Entertainment as other 3P ticket services have, but I should have done better research. So it goes.
Thanks I updated my post with your card. https://www.disboards.com/threads/new-disney-gift-card-deals-and-more.3952573/post-66290606

This way if @DealVengers thinks it is worthy to post the unlocked magic website unlockedmagic.com under Post #3 for park tickets or somewhere else they will have some data points on how it codes for maximizing credit card points.

Disappointing, but good to know from your DP. I discovered that the Sam's Travel portal codes as Live Entertainment for Freedom Flex, and was definitely wondering about Unlocked Magic.

@Liquidice

You used a United Club Business card and it was shown as Business services

The same is true for @TexasSage who used a Chase Ink Preferred Business card (CIP) and coded as Business Services but they earned the 3x because of “shipping”

@Brian Noble used a Chase card (didn’t say which one but I know he has a CSR so assuming that one) and it was shown as Travel (Confirmed it was a Chase Sapphire Reserve personal)

Now @mgarbowski made a purchase with an unknown card and it showed up as travel (Posted later states it was a Chase Freedom Flex, personal)

@atthebeachclub purchased with an unknown card and it showed up as Travel under the category of Timeshares.

I wonder if it is just Chase Business cards that are not coding Unlocked Magic as travel?

Edited to update Credit Card datapoints
Very helpful!

Doctor of Credit is reporting that Chase is targeting certain cards (including Prime Visa and United) for a 5x points offer for grocery stores, gas and restaurants through 9/30/25. My Prime Visa did qualify, but Freedom Flex did not. Check to see if your card is eligible at:

Chase.com/mybonus

Now to figure out best place to stack with DGCs - waiting on grocery store offers!

If you shop at whole foods that would be 9% back.

Unfortunately Chase doesn't give you 5% back they give you 1% + extra % for the bonus category.
So in this case it would be 1% + 4% (Whole Foods) + 4% (Bonus up to $1,000 Spend)

I don't shop at whole foods but they might have gift cards.

Unfortunately, according to the terms, for Amazon Fresh or Whole Foods, you DO NOT get an additional cash back on the Prime Visa after activating the promotion. Hoping perhaps Stop n Shop in my area will run 10x points on GCs or something.

"Whole Foods Market and Amazon Fresh purchases will continue to earn 5% back for Prime Visa cardmembers with an eligible Prime membership, and 3% back for Amazon Visa cardmembers during and after the promotional period and will not earn bonus rewards with this offer"

Not my United mileage card unfortunately. Just checked and got card not eligible message. One of these days I’ll get a quarterly bonus again…

Can someone please share the cost of Disney cards at Sam’s? I don’t have a membership yet so I can’t log on. I changed the first page and scrolled back a little but don’t see them.

I just let my BJs membership expire and I’m debating on which on to get.

My sister just sent me this info from in store!
$25 card for $23.98
$75 for $71.98 (three $25 cards, appears to be the best value)
$150 for $144.98 (three $50 cards)
$500 for $484.98

Just an FYI, I let my BJs membership expire in May, hoping for a discount offer which I didn’t get. Did a chat a 3 weeks later asking if there was a discount available for renewal & got offered $25 for the year. The agent sent a link right in the chat that I had to put my CC info in & I was renewed immediately. Someone posted about a $10 renewal offer a week after that. But I was very happy with paying $25 instead of $60 to renew. Just in case you’re considering renewing BJs, you might try asking in a chat.

Thanks for posting the in store prices for Sam's Club
It used to be posted on page 1 I thought but it doesn't appear to be there now, only the prices from BJ's.

I haven’t had a United quarterly bonus offer since 4Q 2024. I think they eliminated them when they started giving you yearly PQP (1500 for my Club Ultimate card).

Not sure if this is just on the west coast or not.

Sam's club has an additional card for 5% off plus combine with your CC for more percentage off will beat the red card's 5%

$70 cards for $66.50

The "3 card-linked activations remaining" is a new thing for me though.
I wonder what that is.

Each card is limited to 3 total offers?
The offer can be loaded to 3 cards?
The offer can be loaded to the same card 3 times?

I know I will only be using 1 credit card for capital one offers as I tried with 3 or 4 and only one paid out.
