That is one thing that show really kind of glosses over...in the books, Eric and Pam know EVERYTHING about each other so Pam actually LIKES Sookie.

I forget in the books how Quinn makes an appearance. Isn't it at a packmaster fight or something?
need to pull my books out and refresh my memory on it all.

I doubt the show will follow the book anyway, but its fun to re-read them anyway.

So I watched the whole episode now...I must say...VERY good...

- Tara may not be dead...I tend to agree that she will be a new vamp...much to her dismay I am sure.

- Poor Bill and Eric...LOL..I am sure Sookie will be back to one of them soon...

- Nan...good riddance...and I believe she dug up good ol Russell

- Poor Pam...So sad...but she was never the jealous type....

- The wolf in the woods....Probably the "new" pack leader since the old one is dead.

- Goodbye Debbie Pelt....what a nasty mess you left!

I wonder if crazy Debbie dug up Russell? Maybe Alcide let it slip during pillow talk.

I assumed the wolf growling at Sam was the ghost of Marcus but who knows. Maybe Marcus has a crazy brother like Debbie has a crazy sister.

I think it will either be Bill or Eric. One or both of them are going to "hear" Sookie's cries for help and will be there in a flash.

I don't know about the rest of you, but when the ghosts starting walking out of the woods, I was half expecting the instrumental from Thriller to play and for them to break out in the Thriller dance

I am reading that book now...Quinn is at Col. Floods (pack master in the books) funeral. There is a "bid" for a new packmaster and he is there for the ceremony. He runs a company called E(E)E, Extreme(ly) Elegant Events for the Supes.

Oh, well. It'd be more drama that needed.

I love re-reading the books. I've read through them all twice (except Dead Reckoning) and Book 4 I've read three times.

Hmm...didn't think of that! That would be pretty funny though....although I would think Bill would force Eric to let him do it, since he's the king and all... I still think she will just come back from time to time as a ghost that we get to see through Lafayette.

Thanks! I almost bought it a few weeks ago when it came out! But it was pretty expensive so I was waiting for a copy to show up in the local used book store. I'm so excited!

Man, why did I not find this thread before True Blood was over for the season???? I was not expecting Tara, Jesus, Nan and Debbie to die-kind of glad to be rid of Debbie though.
Cant wait to see what Russell will be up to next season...and the Reverend...and what brings the soldier from Terry's past into town...and...it is going to be a long wait until June.

Been reading these boards for awhile but never had the nerve to post, so thought I'd try. True Blood, I bet Tara will be back...Bill or Eric will save her and whoever does will be the one Sookie takes back...looking foreward to Russell coming back too!! I think they wrapped up the witch story too soon, though. I was hoping that would have gone into next season. I wish it was on for a longer season...it seems like it just got started! Oh well. Glad Vampire Diaries is back.
