I won an ebay auction for 3rd row seats for Fridays show. But I am worried about them now that I looked closer. The price on them says $310.00. The highest amount that ticketmaster lists is $70.00. Could ticketmaster have sold these to a borker with that amount listed on them? Or are they fake?

Ticketmaster lists what they have available. Top seats may not have been listed because they were already taken by ticketbrokers or scalpers. I checked the prices for my concert when they first came out and they were all over the place. A week later all was left were the ones in another zip code for $70.

I sure hope they're not fake. What kind of feedback does this seller have? If it's real good I know he wouldn't jeopardize it by sending out crap but then again you never know.

when I bought my tickets they(ticketmaster)
were running auctions for the first couple rows and in some citys the first 4 or five rows, hopefully thats why the price is more.
Im jealous im gonna need binoculars

The seller's feedback is 100% and she has been a member for 5 years but doesn't really sell much. I think I may call ticketmaster at 9am and see if they can verify the numbers by the barcode.

They probably did come from the auction. I haven't heard from the seller yet and am getting nervous.

Hey everyone-
My Idol show was last night. Since there are a bazillion recaps out there, I wont bother. But do you mind if I describe my 3 second *encounter* with Taylor. It sounds like a big fat nothing this morning, but I was on cloud 9 last night.

We had fantastic seats. Right next to the stage, about 6 rows up. Problem was - and this is important to remember - that the section was filled with a bunch of duds. No standing - no dancing. You know what I mean.

This all happens in a few seconds: Taylor is singing DIMYP. He sings the line, "do I make you proud," a spotlight lights up my section, and Taylor turns and walks toward us. DS and I LEAP to our feet, throwing arms in the air, screaming. Everyone else (EVERYONE I tell you) in the section is on their butts, remember? So of course Taylor very clearly sees us, laughs at us, points waves and smiles. I wish I could have bottled that and taken it home!

I know this is a case of preaching to the choir, but Taylor is AMAZING. We've seen him on TV, on talk shows, even live videos of him. This was my first taste of in-the-flesh concert performing Taylor. It was different - it was incredible. When he did his harmonica solo, I thought his head might blow off. His dancing....well, he was showing a lot of restraint during his AI run because I'm not sure how he even stayed on his feet!

In case you care, other highlights, for me: Ace is very good! He can fly! Paris is quite entertaining - and I never liked her really. New respect for Elliot. And Chris....sorry guys but I luuuuuv him. I personally will be seeing more of him in the future.

Big surprise for me - Mandisa! She sang a song that literally made me cry. She hit some notes that sent chills down my spine and my eyes welled up with tears. I know it sounds goofy, but I am not even exaggerating. I'm a dope that way, but she was robbed on AI.

I hope to share with you all many Taylor-concert stories in the year or years to come. He'll be on stage a lot. Did I mention how amazing he is?

I wish this seller would get back to me about these seats. It's driving me nuts. I have to leave the house for a while because we have to take care of a bunch of stuff. aaack!

I have my 3rd row seats in hand now and the tickets are very real! Woohoo! But that's tomorrow night. Tonight I have 18th row. Too far away for my liking lol! But I'll deal. I'm also going by myself tonight, my friend didn't want to risk not getting a ticket. So it will be a mellow night. Tomorrow will rock though. Not sure if I will bother with pictures.

The woman I got the tickets from said her daughter is fickle and decided she didn't want to go. WHAT!? These tickets were $310 each! ( I got them for a fraction of that. I would be making my daughter do soemthing to make up that money. There's just no way! I wouldn't even buy my child those tickets in the first place. Eeep! hehe.

Well I am excited. I really need this night out right now.

So apparently the Jay Leno birth certificate I created and sent to clpc to send to Jay is creating controversy on the AI boards. *Sigh* Whatever. Just goes to show you cannot please everyone. I posted on there that I apologized if I offended anyone.

On a happier note....

I FINALLY HEARD DIMYP ON THE RADIO!!

I was just getting into the shower in the gym and it was playing on the system. I heard the opening chords of the piano and SCREAMED! I nearly ran out naked into the gym, I was so excited!! The lady in the shower next to me asked if I was all right and I said "oh boy, AM I?!?!" haha! Then I began to (badly) sing along very loudly.

You couldn't wipe the smile off my face the rest of the day!!
