100 days exactly until my trip! So looking forward!.... seriously though, they sure are dragging their feet with the MHP dates! I can't buy my ticket until 30 days before anyway, since I'm doing mhp as part of ultimate experience!

I too plan to get the ultimate experience tickets and I will stress just a little bit each and every day until those tickets are safely paid for and mine. What's another 70 or so odd days to wait lol.

I have 97 days until my first Disneyland vacation and I really really really really want Disney to release the dates for MHP. I have NEVER waited so long to plan things, I am one of those crazy planner people. I have 3 different possible schedules and all I am waiting on is MHP dates to finalize my plans. I am very excited about this trip!!!! Does anyone know when they may be releasing the dates?

I swear we might have been separated at birth! Your post is something I could easily write at this exact moment in time. I am soooo excited waiting on pins and needles for the release dates,

I'd really expected them to announce the MHP dates yesterday or today. Of course I forgot to order our Visa rewards card so now I have to wait 5-7 business days from today before I can buy them anyway. But at least I could plan if/when we're going.

I wasn't anxious for it before since we were on a trip, but now that we're back, I want info NOW! LOL! I've done all the planning I can for Oct and I hate the sit & wait period.

So excited to have my date confirmed and find out when the tix will be available for purchase! Calendars have been updated, now time to start mapping out our days...

Now is when we will all be in planning happiness lol. I have some thinking to do still but have time seeing as I have 30 days before I can buy and even longer for the ultimate experience tickets

So much going through my head at any given time that this new info is making me giddy hahaha.

I have 30 days to decide which day to do the ultimate experience, a mon or a fri. The other day will just be MHP and not a park day at all, maybe the am would be our breakfast with stitch???

It's so exciting. The MHP date are out!!! Happy Dance!! Now to decide what day. Wednesday, October 8th our first day there, or Friday, October 10. hmm any suggestions???

Omg yay! I am re arranging my calendar as we speak, to accommodate the new dates for mhp :) thinking of booking the oct 6 mhp since that's my first day in the parks, then doing the walts footsteps tour and ultimate Halloween Experience Wednesday, because I want to spend my first day just wandering around the park. Without too much of a set schedule. Oh boy! Soooooooo happy! October will be here before we know it!

I noticed the price is more expensive on Fridays if that makes a difference

I noticed that too. I think it will be more crowded on Friday, but Wednesday is our first day we wii be coming from the east coast so I am not sure how my 7 year old will handle the time change. Oh the planning dilemmas LOL. This is the part I love!!!

Meagus: so glad you found it, I was asleep when you posted :)

Mouse Fanatic: oh man, that's a tough choice!... I'm coming from Hawaii so it will still feel early for me, but coming from the east would be hard esp. For a kid... I would imagine the crowd level for a Friday party would be the same though (at least in the actual party), since there are only a limited amount of tickets sold per party? This is my first party though so I'm definitely not an expert!

Yes there are a limited number of tickets sold, but I went to a sold out Tuesday night party 2 years ago and it was pretty crowded.

I think it's pretty safe to say that limited number of tickets does not in any way mean small amount. Any party night is going to be real busy, from what I have read MHP seems to get more popular and therefore busier each year. Bottom line, for the sake of having a number, lets say 6000 tickets are sold for each party. Regardless of the night there will be roughly 6000 people enjoying each party. While one night may seem busier than another that is most likely due to where that particular group of 6000 spread themselves out. That's my thoughts on it anyway, I say pick the night that works best for your schedule and enjoy yourself with the other 5999 party goers :)

Thanks.......being in Australia, I always seem to be one here posting when most people are asleep!
My next dilemma is how to organize tickets from here....online would be my best be I imagine?? :-)

Now that dates are out i am doing some planning. I am am looking for answers to these few questions from those of you who are flying ...

(1) what time does your flight arrive?
(2)how are you getting to your hotel?
(3)what are you doing that first day?

Our flight arrives at 1:35pm and i assume we will take a shuttle of some sort to our hotel. Would it be nuts to schedule a MHP that night? Will we have time to arrive from our international flight, get luggage, shuttle to hotel, check in, and all that jazz and then make the MHP?

I really am so curious what others plan to do with whatever time they have on their first day!
