DisKim -

my heart goes out to you. I hope that you and DH are able to reach a decision that works best for you and your family.

Know that you can vent away here and we are always here for you, to give you hugs and to listen.

Only you know what is best for you and your family.
Dizagain - sleep when baby sleeps while you can and enjoy it

there is no need to get so much done, it will still be there later

How old are your kids? (sorry if you posted that info earlier and I missed it). The hair drama does sound horrible, I am DREADING those days, as I know DD will drive me crazy!

Good thing we love these kids of ours
nucpharm - sounds like you will have quite the sound system for the kids to dance around to Wiggles tunes on
Robin - I was SOOOO disappointed in the first HOH challenge last night, I can't believe it wasn't played out longer. Boogie is such a wimp. I really wanted to see the lava flow

Hope you had a good night's sleep in your comfy bed. I hope Josh's first day of K went well.
SL - hi. Glad you got the replacement slide and that Lucas enjoys it!
bnb - I hope school touring goes well. I know what you mean about vacation. We were here ALL summer long and the one week we go away was when there was an orientation for DD -- and when we went to WDW in April, our ONLY trip during the year, that was another orientation we missed.

whatchya gonna do? So cute about Frazzle and Luke. If DH lets you, post a pic so we can see
lissawynn - I hope you find energy and can make it through the day. Yuck about the phone call.
tkyes - at least you read all the old stuff, I pretty much skip it and start from where I pick up (though sometimes I go back a bit. . . ). I just like having gals to chat with
disneyphd - so glad to see you! How is it having just one at home? DD is in all-day K here, if 1/2 day it's a.m. only, no choice. My parents were in Macinaw island a few weeks ago as well, maybe you passed each other

I'm sorry to hear about the bump but glad the trip went well otherwise.
Jill - good luck with tests and school
ginamarie - glad Olivia's dr. appt. went well. She sounds like a peanut, makes me wanna cuddle with her
fabumouse - yeah, well the lunches are getting made at night

There is no way, at this point, that I can get all three fed and dressed and into the car and on time for school if I had to make lunch too. I did though, buy more of her favorite lunch meat for sandwiches, I thought that was pretty good

I hope your dd's first day of K went well!
OK, I probably have more catching up to do, but gotta run, a few quick updates:
DD did GREAT at school yesterday. She goes to all-day K. I found myself wanting to call the school around noon to see how she was doing but I held my breath and before I knew it it was time to pick her up. Today, as she's getting ready to go to school she tells DH that she doesn't like rest time (with all day K they have a short rest time on mats). Well DH said that his tax dollars aren't being spent for nap time and she should be learning, blah blah blah and said that she doesn't have to rest. So now I have no idea what she is gonna say to her teacher as I didn't have a chance to say anything to her teacher. UGH!! He makes me so darn

sometimes. Oh, and then he complained about the cereals I buy being too sugary, WTH? He complains when I have all healthy stuff in the house and then complains when I don't I just don't get it. . ..anyway. . .
DS's first day of preschool went well. he loves it and has three friends in the class, so that will help.
Leif's dr. appt. went well. He is 22 pounds and a few oz (can't remember how many right now) and 31 inches, around 65% for both. Poor kid had a few shots and then we went on our merry way.
I hope you all have a great day, will chat later.
