Hi Moms!

Robin - Cute stuff for the shower! :thumbsup2 Have fun at the company picnic tomorrow! BTW, what kind of bed did you get again? My bed is absolutely terrible and will need replacing soon.

Ginamarie - Good luck with everything tomorrow! Here's wishing for a little sunshine to come your way! :wizard: :sunny: We've got a Disney Scene It game and sadly, we haven't played it in awhile. I hope that your little brother gets over his fear of fireworks. Meagan was terrified of them until a few years ago. She has a super sensitivity to loud noises so that is what bothered her.

Fabumouse - Sorry to hear that your FIL is being a pill. :guilty:

SL - Lucas looks so CUTE!!!! I love that Mickey costume on him!

Justhat - That is great that you got the Minnie costume for a good price! :thumbsup2

Tamie - Have fun at the state fair tomorrow! It sounds like fun! :goodvibes We have a state fair, but I've never been to it. Perhaps one day!

DisKim - I'm glad to hear that today was successful in shopping for clothes for Emmy. :) I'm still holding off on getting the girls some cool weather clothing. Last time I bought them clothing early, they outgrew it by the time they needed it. We did get a few things for them to wear for the first week of school though.

Floridafam - Sorry to hear that you are a football widow too. I will be a soccer widow starting on Monday since we will have 5 days of soccer a week with Dave and the girls.

Well, I better get off to bed. Our dinner was lots of fun tonight! We had good friends and our priests over for dinner. I feel bad for the priests b/c they've got the 7:30 a.m. Mass tomorrow and we kept them up late.

Tomorrow is my last day of freedom since my classes start on Monday! :guilty: I am so not ready to be in school full time.

Everyone have a great evening! :wave2:

Jill~ We got a Bragada bed....www.bragada.com. DH did about 3-4 hours of research- they have the same pound density per inch as the Tempurpedic did, but since they are made in the USA, they are about half the cost. The company has been around since the 30s, and they are backed by the BBB. IF by any chance you decide to go with them, PM me; if you put DH down as a referral, we get $100. I will let you know in 2 days if I think it's heavenly or not. I hope so! I'm dyin' here with just the mattress on the floor.

OK, I need to go take a shower or bath. We watched LEgends of the Fall, and I knew it was a tear-jerker, but I hadn't seen it in a couple years....both DH and I were sniffing and wiping away a tear or too. Now I feel all mopey.

Hi all. I've been busy trying to get into back-to-school mode. My room is in order, for the most part. Now I'm trying to figure out what I'm going to wear to work this week. I haven't worn any of my regular pants, aside from my jeans, so I have no idea as to what does/does not fit. I'm sure DH will be dragging my boxes of maternity clothes upstairs soon.
There are actually four of us who are expecting in my building. One is due in Dec, I'm due in Feb, then one in March, and one in April. It should make for an interesting year.
Jimmy had a fever from Thursday until yesterday and was horrible. He was throwing these fits and wouldn't stop crying or throwing himself around. He actually slept most of yesterday and felt/acted like normal last night. I'm just happy that he's better.

I'll have to "attempt" to catch up later. I have laundry to do and a house to get ready for the appraiser (sp?) who is coming tomorrow after school. We're getting closer to getting our $$$ for the addition.

lissawynn,

Glad to see you. :thumbsup2 Sounds like you are ready for school. Don't worry about getting caught up here as it sounds like you have your plate full.

DisKim,

I'm glad you had a good shopping day. Kohl's came to my mind when you were looking for suggestions the other day. I'm glad she found some stuff she likes.

Robin,

Make sure to post a review of your bed when you get it. I love the baby shower stuff!

We are going school lunch grocery shopping today. I'm going to try and limit my spending. The kids take their lunch every day and it gets a little hard to be creative toward the end of the week. Our school lunches consist of chicken nuggets, pizza, chicken patties, burgers, etc. and it all looks gross.

We all got hair cuts yesterday then went to dinner and to the book store.

It looks like there is a hurricane headed toward Florida. We are not directly in the path as it looks like it will hit somewhere along the Gulf Coast but I'm sure it will come across Florida with a nice punch.

zalansky,

Have you seen the weather forecasts for it? It's so hard to tell exactly where it is going to go yet.

I wish Tuesday would get here so my stroller auction would finish. It's up to $172.50 and I have 19 people watching it.

Hopefully, I'll check back later with a list of who is signed up for the exchange so far. :thumbsup2

Lissawyn: Good to hear from you! Sorry to hear Jimmy wasn't feeling well, glad he's on the mend. Wow, your school certainly will have it's hands full with all of you going out on Mat. leave.
SL: Lucas looks great! Love the costume.
Robin: I love the stuff for the shower.
Ginamarie: Hope you get some :sunny: today. It's pretty dreary here too :(
Jill: What are you going to do on your last day of freedom?
Fabumouse: Sorry your FIL is being such a jerk. I would be :furious:
Justhat: Poor Henry. My MD told us to use TriplePaste when Jace had it bad during the stomach virus - worked like a charm (and fast).
Tkyes: Have fun at the fair! Ours is coming up in a few weeks. I love to get the fried dough with pizza sauce and cheese. YUM!
DisKim: Glad you had a good shopping trip with Emily. I love Kohl's.
Floridafam: Thanks for always sending all those links to savings!
Hello to anyone else I may have missed.

SL & Robin: Love your HS photos!! SL - Pls post your glamour shot!!
Well, here goes...here is mine since I brought it up. This is from 1989.
HighSchool.jpg

I bought Jace the FPrice Musical Learning Chair yesterday. He loves it! He was so upset he had to go to bed last night because he wanted to play. We had a nice visit with my grandmother and my mom. DH and I got pizza and watched the movie Crash. It was very good.
I need to go jump in the shower while Jace is still napping. I will try to check back later after my dreaded trip to the grocery store. :(

Have a great day!

Hello mommies!

Tykes - I wanted to let you know I found winter coats out at Babies R Us. I do live in New England and they tend to come out sooner, but they are out there. We have county fairs around here and they start up next month. I cannot wait! Your post has me drooling already!

Ginamarie – I hear you on the movers. When we moved last moth, the cheapest quote I got was over $1000. That didn’t even include packing. We moved less than 150 miles away too. We just had a lot of stuff. We ended up renting a U Haul for $160 and sucking it up and doing the packing ourselves. I hope the Christening goes well today!

Jill – Sounds like you had a good evening! I cannot believe there is a 7:30 moss in your area. Our earliest is 8:30 and we can never make that one. We usually go to the 11:15.

Joats – I think we stopped having to burp Aidan around 6 mos. Every time we’d sit him up after eating he started ripping them on his own. It was quite charming as you can imagine! We watched Crash recently too. I liked it as well. Dh, not so much.

Justhat – Aidan was a big eater as well. He was 10lbs12oz at birth and over 13lbs by his 1-month checkup, after losing 2.5 pounds before I had to start supplementing with formula. I hope his diaper rash is clearing. The Minnie costume is too cute!

FF – Thanks for the shopping tips!!

Diskim – Glad shopping went better this time around for you!

SL – OMG!!! Lucas is absolutely adorable in his costume!!!

Fabumouse – I don’t think I would get along well with your FIL!!!! As far as the public bf, I was always able to use a receiving blanket and never had an “exposure” problem.

Robin – Those invites are adorable!!! That game sounds really cute too. Unfortunately, my immediate family, going out only to 1st cousins, is 50 people so there are rarely games at our showers!!! Enjoy your picnic today. I would not dare to watch LOTF right now. It is one of my favorite movies but I am an emotional puddle these days. I watched Ladder 49 with dh the other night and had a complete and total break down. Huge, LOUD, gut wrenching sobbing I just could not stop.

Lissawynn – I am glad things are going smoothly for you with school starting and with the addition.

Hi to all the other mommies!!!

Date night was fun. We ended up not going to the movie and sat at the restaurant for two hours having a totally adult conversation. It was great. I think I forget what it’s like to be able to talk about anything remotely stimulating with out interruption. After dinner, we hit Babies R Us and looked at what we might need for the new baby. DH worked yesterday so Aidan and I headed out to our summer place on the island for the day with my mom and grandmother. Today is low-key family day for us. We may go hit the mall later and barbeque tonight. Hope everyone is enjoying their weekend!!

Ladies, I have been tearing apart my desk and storage containers in the hopes of finding my senior pic. I know I have an extra somewhere, but I cannot find it. I will prevail! I know my mom and sister have one, so I just have to borrow and scan it and I'll be in business.

Thanks for all the well wishes about school. I am looking forward to getting out of the house and being around adults (the faculty, not the kids) for at least some of my day.

DH has been at his dad's house for almost 2 hours looking at guns with his dad and my BIL. I guess FIL wants to sell some, and BIL is maybe going to buy something from him. This is the part that ticks me off, my FIL has one son, my DH. He won't give him his guns, DH has to BUY them from him! How insane is that? My dad is getting old guns and fixing them so Jimmy and my nephew will have them when they are older. He isn't going to sell them to his grandsons; he's going to GIVE them to the boys. Whatever. His family is so strange to me sometimes.

Alice, SL, and joats - Great pics!

Jill - I have to say, the pic of John in his Halloween costume is great!

SL - Lucas is going to be a great Mickey!

Welcome to Fabumouse! Sorry I didn't say hi sooner! I haven't been here much lately!

I'm in the process of washing DH's work clothes. It's raining, so I have to hang his pants in the basement. It'll take 2x as long for them to dry as it would outside.

Still trying to figure out what I'm going to wear tomorrow!

Hi Everyone!

We got back yesterday from our week in Ocean City NJ! We had such a great week. The weather was the best we've ever had for a vacation - every day was sunny and the nights were cool and comfortable. We spent a lot of time at the beach and on the boardwalk. My dad and his gf came down for a few nights and took us to a great breakfast place. The only hard part of the vacation was the baby! The house we rented had a small staircase (6 stairs) and all he wanted to do was climb up them and sit on the top landing leaning over . He didn't like the rental crib that much either, but he napped great in his stroller on the beach. There is so much to do in Ocean City - it's such a great family vacation spot. Am I the only one who gets sad coming home from a great vacation?

Lissawynn- we went to Uncle Bill's Pancake house on 21st street - Excellent! We didn't make it to Sommer's point this trip, but we did go to the Deauville Inn and ate at Primo Pizza on the boardwalk. I have to remember to buy the 1/2 price tickets next March for the rides because my oldest son went on a ton of rides! My husband and I want to do the parasailing, and maybe we'll get to do it next year. We always want to do "more" when we go down, but with the baby it's hard to get to do everything you want without running around like crazy. Since we didn't have any rainy days, we didn't take any day trips off of the island.

Here are some pictures:

The boys and I on the beach:

I have a LOT of pages to catch up on, but i'll try and go back later today and tomorrow to see what everyone else is up to. I hope everyone is doing well and those who were away on vacation had a great time also! Talk with you all very soon.

Hi everyone!!!

FF - yes I have seen the forecasts! Please let it not hit us. They are saying Thursday, right? As long as it does not hit while we are at WDW, though I anticipate rain and thunder as is usually the case this time of year.

Hillbeans - welcome home and I am glad you had such a great trip. Your hair has grown SO long! YOu look great!

I will have to take a pic of my high school photo later on. Though I am sort of ambivalent. It is embarassing! High bangs, tri-colored hair. OY!

We bought Connor booster seats for our cars finally. So off we go to install and transition Cameryn into the Britax seats. I have to say I feel somewhat sad my first baby is in a booster and that my current baby is going forward. Since she is so small we had her in the carrier until this weekend, but she is long so her feet have been hanging over forever. I just couldn't let go of that baby phase, but it was time. I hope this Graco boosters are as safe as the Britax. The sales guy at BRU said they are!

Have a good day! :p

SL Lucas looks soooo cute in his costume! And I like the costume a lot better than the online version. Now I'm more annoyed that I didn't go look at our store first, but the idea of driving all the way to the mall that has a Disney Store then shopping there alone with both kids was just too daunting. That is definitely Madison's favorite store so I had my doubts about being able to adequately supervise her myself.

Joats, great photo! I think Jace looks a lot like you. I forgot to mention it yesterday but congrats to him for not having to patch his eye anymore! :thumbsup2 Thanks for the triple paste suggestion. I'll have to pick some up.

Alice28, it sounds like you got a good deal on the bed. I don't think we saw that brand in the store, but it would have been nice if we had so we could have saved some money. I hope you guys like it-I think it was our best household investment!

DisKim, that's great that you got lots of clothes for your daughter and that she was happy with them too. I can't imagine having to shop in the teen section right now-it seems like that time is ages away but I'm sure it will be here before I know it.

Ginamarie, I hope Olivia's christening is great today! It's nice how she'll be the only baby too. Madison was the only one at hers cause they called us literally days before to reschedule cause 1 priest had to go out of town but we were having her party in a restaurant so we told them no way could we move it with just 3 days notice. I guess the other 2 families were more flexible cause it ended up being only Madison that day. Really nice in that all the readings were done by our family/friends. I hope the weather gets nicer for you guys too.

Bellacam, your date night sounds like it was nice. I can't imagine being able to eat a meal without kids. It's been so long! I love the names you picked out for your baby-I am not sure if I said that already. Add me to the lost brain cell club. And wow, Aidan was a big boy! I remembered that he was around 10 lbs. at birth, but 10.12 is bigger than I thought. And he really gained a lot that first month after a big weight loss. Madison lost a lot too and we had to supplement but even with that she was still a slow gainer. So you've made me feel a lot better that Henry's fast gaining is normal!

BnB, I know you left, but I hope you're having a great trip despite your MIL's antics.

Fabumouse, I can only wish it had been a poncho. My 10 lbs. is in that ever so popular tummy region too. I felt pretty good during the dress fitting if I just looked at myself from the chest up, but it got very depressing to look any lower. And the best part is I have to pay $95 to look oh so great in this dress! Good thing I already paid for the dress itself when I ordered it cause I would not be happy about having to pay for that and the alterations at once. And I'll try your wet cloth diaper change idea. That's basically what I used in the hospital and he was fine then so you just might be onto something! ;) Oh, and I was thinking about Balmex stinging so you have confirmed that theory. I remember putting it on kids at the daycare I worked at and they'd often scream and I wondered if it was just cause the area is sensitive or if the Balmex was burning the open wound.

Tips for nursing in public. If you can get some nursing shirts those would be a help cause they'll keep pretty much all of you covered except for the feeding instrument. With Madison we went to WDW when she was almost 3 months old, so I had a huge fear of my belly and stretch marks being visible to the world so I bought a few nursing shirts and have found them invaluable for NIP. Makes things much more discreet than my fat roll hanging out to the world. And my husband is NIP-phobic so it makes him feel better too if hardly anything is visible. I never used a blanket cause Madison would freak out when I tried. This one could care less though and Joey has already thrown a blanket over me a few times when I had regular shirts on. To me though, that just draws more attention so I'd prefer not to use one.

The way I really figured it out was by force. We went out to eat with Madison when she was around 6 weeks old and we had bad service and ended up in the restaurant forever so of course she wanted to eat and my choice was to feed her in the bathroom or at the table so I figured it out fast. So my advice would be to test it out somewhere relatively "safe" till you get more comfortable. BTW, I used to use that Boppy pillow all the time with Madison in the beginning. With Henry I use it for him to nap on cause he seems to think it's comfortable to sleep on his tummy with his head on the boppy and his body in the hole in the center. Did you bf your older daughter? Oh, and did not forget about you asking about favorite nursing bras, but I still have not found the one I liked best. I bought 2 new ones but am not thrilled with them at all.

My mom is on the phone asking me for directions so I'll be back later.

Hi everyone,
The fair was a lot of fun yesterday. I ate like a pig and loved it  . Katrina is still pretty stuffy but hasn't had a fever since Friday. I hope the stuffy nose is just allergies. Today is just a bum around day here. Dh has had to work straight through the weekend which stinks because that means I don't get a day to sleep in. I can't believe the first day of school is Wednesday :( . I'm going to miss summer. Then again, we are getting closer to Disney. I just pray the hurricanes stay away.

Hillbeans,
I'm glad you had such a wonderful week at the beach :) . It sounds heavenly :cloud9: .

Joats,
How cute about Jace and his new chair :teeth: . Katrina has the activity table from that line and she loves it as well.

Loretta and Floridafam,
I hope the hurricane doesn't impact you guys.

Lissawynn,
I'm glad you are set for school. How are you feeling lately?

Diskim,
I'm glad you found some nice stuff for Emily for school.

Robin,
I can't watch sappy movies anymore. They just depress me too much.

Justhat,
I'm sure Henry's gain is normal. I know both of mine gained a lot right away and ended up in the 90th % for weight in the first couple of visits but greatly tapered off after 3 months or so. It seems like kids grow in spurts instead of on a nice steady curve.

GM,
I hope the Baptism goes well today.

Jill,
I want to come over and play Disney Scene It :teeth: ! No one around here ever wants to play games.

Fabumouse,
When does your FIL leave? For your sanity I hope it's soon. It sounds like he has over stayed his welcome ;).

SL,
That Mickey costume is so cute :goodvibes ! I still need to post a shot of Katrina as Minnie. Since she has been sick she hasn't been in the mood to do it.

Tamie,
Sorry the hair coloring didn't go well. I have never been able to do a great job with at home coloring either. It was always a mess and I usually missed patches of hair  .

Hi to all I missed  . I hope everyone is doing well. I think I'm going to go lay on the couch and veg for a bit. I'm so exhausted. I think I might be getting a cold or something and I want to get some extra rest to ward it off. I love seeing everyone's senior pics :) . Here is my senior photo and my prom picture. Senior is 1996 and prom is 1995.

Here's my Glamour Shot. I noticed last week that the mall has a Glamour Shots studio again. Maybe I should go back...

edited

Speaking of the mall, we're actually on our way out. I have to return the Children's Place stuff I bought for the 12 month size and we have an appointment to have Lucas's picture taken for a photo contest. I know, it seems kind of cheesy, but the proceeds go to Juvenile Diabetes and we thought it would be fun, especially since a lot of people comment on how Lucas should model. Wish us luck!

I'll come back on later to update. Hope everyone is having a nice Sunday.

I am in the worst mood now. Everyone is freaking out already and gas stations are out of gas. I managed to fill up at WalMart and won't go anywhere the rest of the week.

I know the hurricanes isn't forecast to hit here but I'm just worried about it coming across Florida. I get so worked up over these storms and I know they can change direction at any time.

zalansky,

I'm glad you have ressies at WDW. We ended up going to WDW after Jeanne and Frances and it was such a good move. We were in an apartment at the time. We did what we could there and took off because I was pregnant and the kids were somewhat little and we didn't want to be without power.

We had power at WDW, hot food and had a blast each time.

Do you have hurricane shutters?

I have to plan everything so I hate stuff like this that has that element of uncertainty. That is not good for me. :confused3

SL,

I LOVE Lucas's costume! Boy, that kid is going to break some hearts when he gets older, isn't he? He's so darn cute.

lissawynn,

Aren't parents strange sometimes? You would think he would just give his son the guns.

Good luck with school this week. :thumbsup2

val,

Glad you had fun at the fair.

I don't think I'm going to post my senior picture. I don't want all of you mom's to throw up at the same time. I think it is just awful. I have short hair and I look like a doof.

Gotta go. Be back later. :cool1:

FF - No we don't have hurricane shutters. Our house was built in 1963 and is just an old, standard block house. Nothing fancy. A friend of ours just emailed me the current projection and while I know these things can change, it just is not looking good! We live exactly where it is projected to hit 8am Thursday.

path.jpg

zalansky,

Do you think you will board up before you leave for WDW?

Hopefully, the path will change and you'll be in the clear. What days are you scheduled to be at WDW?

:grouphug:

FF and Zalansky: I hope that it will miss you both. It must be so scary for you. We were at WDW during Jeanne, it was really freaky.
Also - I hope you both post your HS photos. I certainly don't think mine was great with my foo-foo hairdo :rotfl: .

SL: Did you post that glamour shot before? Either way, it's great! Hope Lucas does well for his photo and wins the charity contest!
Val: love your photos! I'll have to dig up my senior prom pic. I went with a total "meat head". I hope you aren't getting sick. Maybe just too much yummy fair food! :)
Justhat/Fabumouse: I loved my Bravado nursing bras form Breakoutbras.com. The site was cheap and delivered quickly.
Hillbeans: Glad you had such a nice time! Thanks for sharing the pictures.
Lissawyn: Aren't all in-laws strange??? :rotfl2: That's so bizarre he'd do that.
Bellacam: Glad you had a great date night! I wish we could get them more often. Hope you enjoyed your family day.

I'm sure I'll jinx myself, but Jace has been sleeping now for over 2.5 hours! :dancer: :woohoo: Oh man, no sooner did I type that did he stir a bit!!!! ARGH!

My big exciting day consisted of 3 loads of laundry, going to the gosh awful grocery store (have I told you how much I hate that place/that chore? :rotfl: ), making a crock pot for dinner and brownies for Jace's daycare. I'm ready for my own nap. Jace and I are headed next door for cake for our neighbors son's 3rd bday shortly. I think I need a little more diet pepsi for a caffeine kick. This dreary weather is not helping.

Oh, BTW I looked online to see about sending my parents flowers at their hotel in London...$70 was the starting price for a small vase-less bouquet. I'm having second thoughts about this. Wish I thought of it sooner, I'd have mailed out a fun care package instead.

If I don't get back online again, hope you have a great night!
:)

FF - We don't leave for WDW until Sunday so Ernesto should be gone by then. I hate this time of year! We have been stuck inside all weekend already and if the hurricane heads this way, DH will not have work Thursday and Connor no school and it will be another day stuck inside. For every hurricane the past few years we head down the street to the in-laws and watch the hurricane and eat fatty food. And have to listen to MIL talk crap about people. Not my idea of a good time! I am also scheduled to have a girls nite out Thursday, but honestly could pass on that.

As for my HS photo I can't locate my yearbook! I will keep looking though.

zalansky and FF - I hope everything is okay with the hurricaine. My aunt is in the keys and she gets very nervous. :grouphug:

I'll never find a high school photo to post. I probably have my yearbook in the basement but it's just too much effort. I had very blonde hair and teased it up as much as I could (hey, it was the 80's).

Emmy and Alex are still in pj's. I had to feed BIL's cats so I headed to some stores while I was over that way. I had a lot of fun shopping at Home Goods. I never buy stuff for the house because I'm afraid to take my kids there. I've been spending so much money lately  . I started my WDW scrapbook. I got a few more things for it but I really don't know what the heck I'm doing. I went to Michael's and there was so much scrapbooking stuff, it scared me.

lissawynn - Good luck with your first day of school tomorrow!

fabumouse- I'm skittish about nursing in public too. I did it literally a couple of times and covered myself with a receiving blanket. I'm sure no one knew what I was doing but it made me nervous. Good luck with it!

Well, I think I'm going to put on a pot of spaghetti sauce and try to get this house in order. I can't believe this is going to be my last week of summer vacation. Where did it go :confused3 ? Hopefully, it will be my last year teaching. I'm going to concentrate on taking the GRE exam this year and hopefully passing it since I've been out of college for 12 years. I'm hoping to start a master's program next fall.

Good afternoon moms! :sunny:

Joats – Your picture is great! :goodvibes Like Justhat said, I think Jace looks like you! I don’t think I have a HS picture at my house (my mom might have one) so I won’t be able to post one. You all will thank me for not posting my HS picture! :rotfl2: The closest picture I have is one circa 1975 at WDW with my sister. Forgive me for this picture as it is the only thing I have scanned into my computer at the moment.
f6ff9dc8.jpg

I’ve got a ton of pictures in my basement somewhere that I need to dig up and scan into my computer one day! Have fun today at the party!

Hillbeans – Welcome back! :sunny: We missed you. I love the pictures you posted of your family. You all look great and I’m glad to hear that you had a nice vacation. I’m like you; I get very sad when I come home from a great vacation.

Robin – Thanks for the link on the beds. :thumbsup2 I’m going to bookmark it. We seriously need a new bed now (my back is begging me for a new one), but realistically it might be January when we can purchase one. If we buy from the company, I will definitely pm you so you can get a referral.

Bellacam – That wonderful that you and dh got to spend some time together last night. I’m glad to hear that you had a great time. Have fun at the BBQ tonight!

Lissawynn – It is great to hear from you. I’m glad to hear that your room is in order for the new school year. It is hard to believe that the summer is almost over and you and DisKim will be going back. Good luck finding something to wear tomorrow. :wizard: I hope that Jimmy is feeling all better today too!

Floridafam and Zalansky – Gosh, I hope that the hurricane fizzles out and doesn’t hit Florida! :grouphug: This time of year is always so crazy with hurricane season. FF, sorry to hear that things are crazy with the gas station and everything else.

Justhat – Is the closest Disney store for you at Tysons? I remember when that store used to be a lot bigger and was bummed when they redid it. How are Henry and Madison doing? When does preschool start for Madison?

Val – I’m glad to hear that the fair was fun! I absolutely love fair food! :cloud9: Summer is one of my favorite times of the year and I’m always melancholic when it is over. BTW, your pictures are great! I love your prom dress!

SL – Great Glamour shot! You look wonderful. Good luck with Lucas’ picture today. He is very photogenic and I’m sure he will do well in the picture contest!

DisKim – Mmmmmm…..spaghetti sounds good! What time is dinner? ;) We are having leftovers from last night…..blah! Good luck with the GRE’s this year!! Do you want to get your M.Ed or will you get one in another subject?

Well, it is almost dinner time so I should go pull out the leftovers from last night. I hope that everyone had a great weekend! :wave2: I'll check back in later!
