i wish they all could have been nominated in individual categories, as they all have shown marvelous work, unfortunately there are too many great actors in the movies, and nominating just one or two wasn't an option

If this movie doesn't win the Oscar, then that awards show will be a farce. The other two got passed over, as did Peter Jackson, and this is the year of LOTR.

How many of the other films are going to last? I think LOTR will be around for a very long time.

Oh shoot, I missed the SAG awards!!!!! So glad that they won though!!!

I hope they win an Oscar for best film... I would be really upset if they didn't!

billy boyd's kilt was awesome!

they seriously better win the oscars.....could imagine how many people that will be ticked off if they didnt? i mean a lot of people want lotr to win.....

its the funniest thing, it doesnt even look like him! lol but the only figure that looks closest to the actual person is sam....but he has his little helmet and sword and his little hobbit feet..

woohoo it has been one very long night.....


lets see the oscars didnt end till 12:15 here and then of course i had to watch some press conferences!




awww its so sweet how all the hobbits started crying! i almost started to cry myself! such sensitive....hot...guys they are!



woohoo! Hildago! ....cants wait! and then eternal sunshine of the spotless mind comes out soon w/ elijah wood!

I admit I wasn't feeling well so I fell asleep after only seeing 2 wins for ROTK, but I was so very happy to see them win them all!!!!! Only two other movies have won all they were nominated for (Gigi & The Last Emperor) and as said they were tied with number received!!! The only thing that would have made the night better was if Johnny Depp had won too

Can't wait for all the upcoming movies of all the stars myself!!!!
