I'm really enjoying tonights cases. Especially the 17 yr old girl with scoliosis because I have it too. I have an 11" rod in my back like her xray. But obviously not as curved as she is.

Tonight's episode was a good one.

I'm so glad to see Derek and Meredith back together, enjoying each other. I'll be happy if those two can be happy for at least a few more episodes.

Cannot stand Mark....who likes him, anyone? He's just an jerk. I mean, Alex can be an jerk too, but he's got redeeming qualities. I can't find one redeeming quality about Mark, other than he looks good in a towel.

Cristina and Burke.....hmmmm.....thought after last episode those two were deader than Denny Duquette. Guess not. Their cat and mouse game is rather tiring.

Loved Callie tonight. I was cracking up as she was staring first Derek and then George down. I like that those two were able to put aside their differences and celebrate George's dad's kidney function....although the preview from next week is not looking real promising for him, is it?

I thought tonights episode was pretty good...I guess I was expecting a little more pizazz though after the hiatus, but it didn't disappoint me. I am trying to figure out what I think about the previews next week...,

It seems like Izzy is going to pay for that girls surgery (that would be a good cause) and it seems like George's dad is going to take a turn for the worst (but I think we all kinda knew that would happen). I wonder if there will be anymore sparks between Karev and Addison! I'd like them together.

Either way, I thought the episode was great! Can't get enough of this show!

Tonight's show was amazing, can't wait for the wedding.

Izzy with depositing the check was funny but sad at the same time. It was good over all. Loved the whole snoring and breath part.

Did anyone else catch the preview about Addison not wanting a baby with McSteamy? It sounds like Addison may be pregnant and seems to think it is McSteamy's. I am sure there would be a twist and it could be Derek's too though. Of course I may have misinterpreted the preview but I think the reason McSteamy is sooo angry with Addison is that he found out she is/was pregnant and maybe she doesn't want it or she had an abortion or something?

I thought tonight's episode was really good and I can't wait for next week. I am sure I will need a box of tissues if George's dad does end up dying.

I thought Callie looked really pretty in tonight's show. I usually don't find her to be attractive but she's done something to her hair and it looks much better.

I think I like Alex and Addison together, but I thought their almost kiss seemed a bit unrealistic. It came out of nowhere, huh? They were just talking, it wasn't particularly hot or passionate, and wham, they are almost kissing. A little disappointing, especially since these two are really multi layered characters....probably the two most interesting of all. I hope if they are going to pair these two they expand a little more on what has attracted them to one another.

And please dear God do NOT let Addison be pregnant. These women are doctors, why do they not know about birth control???? I could handle Christina's mistake, another one from another doctor will really annoy me.

I think that "this week" was something between Addison & Mark & then the preview.... "I wanted a baby, just not with you", so I think it was the one year anniversary of not wanting that baby..... but that's just my gut feeling, I don't get the feeling she is pregnant now....

Callie was great last night!!!

George's father's diagnosis is a death sentence, even if he came through it, you could never battle the esophageal cancer with mets throughout.... That will never have a good outcome... so sad as George's dad and family has been becoming more interesting

I think Burke and Christina have gone over the edge
