Having worked in an infant intensive care unit, I've seen really broken people call on estranged members of their family during desperate times. Sad that something like that is needed to pull some families together.

True--but it seems to me they would have mentioned something of that nature. She was clearly invovled in work.

Maybe the writers are starting to stink--last week with the stillborn and this week with the working parents.

Oh my gosh!! You are 100% correct!!! I remembered Christina but forgot about Addison being her "girlfriend" - wow!!!

Ok, other than this post I have not scrolled back because I was out on Thursday night and MISSED the show! I guess I have no choice but to read and find out what happened....

I started to, but unfortunately I actually fell asleep about 10 minutes into it!

The idea of an Addison/Alex hookup is just too weird for me. I could see where each character might want to, but I don't think they would make a very good couple.

What was with Cristina and Burke last night? She's wound up so tight that she can't even have a conversation with him about what was going on... and then to TELL on him!!! Wouldn't telling the CoS that you aided and abetted a surgeon in operating without full capacity also get you in trouble? So what if you didn't kill anyone. You COULD have. Ooh, and their iciness to one another in the OR. Must be tough having a relationship with someone who thinks he's right all the time when you think YOU are right all the time.

George has to lighten up on Callie. They were "on a break." Grow a pair, George!

Thought the drivers wife should have talked to an attorney before she talked to the police. I guess you don't always think rationally when you're in the middle of a trauma situation.

I liked the chemistry between Izzy and George's mother. They were like co-conspiritors.

I couldn't believe how Izzy just couldn't keep her mouth shut with george's mother.

When Christina went running down the hall with all that blood, all I kept saying was "Christina, what are you going to do!"

What an episode! I couldn't tell whether Christina was just pissed or if she was trying to pave the way for her to get off for what they did?

If Izzie wasn't in more trouble for KILLING Denny... they why would Christina and Burke be in trouble? Not sure that the punishments are reasonable....

Izzie needs to get a clue... I couldn't believe she spilled all that with George's Mom either!

Why was McDreamy mad at Mer for not telling... she didn't know until the very last surgery... however, her comment about "You were his Dr., you should have known... " That was just COLD!

I don't know, I think Christina just lost her mind, afraid George would say something, afraid Burke would make a mistake when she wasn't there, I think she was more scared than anything....

Burke is in trouble because he knowingly operated on patients, putting them at risk, I don't know what if any punishment there will be other than a hand slap? Who knows, if Izzie can come back, well, I think Burke will be fine!

Izzie was just being Izzie I think LOL... afterall, George's mom said she knew everything LOL...

About McDreamy, he clearly thought Meredith knew for much longer than she did..... I don't know why she didn't say something to that effect... but her comeback was good & he apparently took that well...

Izzie is a little loose with the lips. But in her defense she thought that George's mother already knew. She was prying and obviously is good at it. She got Izzie to tell her want she wanted, without Izzie knowing she was giving up the dirt.

Ditto here - but I think we will! Not in a relationship but as a "rebounding fling-type" mess... There has been a few too many instances of sexual tension recently between these two characters for something not to happen! Just my two-cents!
