Technically, Puck was after her!! Lauren Zises was her name, and they explained her being gone from the glee club during the first episode this season. She felt being on glee club was hurting her "tough, cool chick" rep too much and she wanted to concentrate on the wrestling team. She was also over Puck.

I really liked Glee last night! I was glad to hear Damian sing a song that was more suited to his voice!.......and get to actually see a bit more of him.

I thought the brief appearance by Chewbacca had absolutely nothing to do with the show!

I really liked the whole retro theme of the TV show.

Are you kidding me? Chewbacca and Star Wars had EVERYTHING to do with the show! Does nobody remember that travesty that was the Star Wars Holiday Special??? Artie was making an homage to that show with his holiday special. Truly The Star Wars Holiday Special is legendary...and so awful as to be nearly unwatchable. It's FABULOUS! It's even better when enjoyed as done by Rifftrax.

Just wondering though are Rachel and Puck no longer Jewish ?

Rachel said Happy Hanukkah as they were ringing the Salvation Army bells at the end of the show. Some Jewish people celebrate both holidays....

Loved the retro theme and the Star Wars stuff was hilarious. Of course now I have to find a copy of the Judy Garland Christmas special they were parodying.

I loved that Brittany got to sing Christmas Wrapping on the show, even if it was the abbreviated version.

And one liner of the night "oh crap, I'm dating Kim Kardashian" ROFL!!!

I liked last night's episode but was definitely put off by Rachel and Artie's attitudes. Since I didn't see last week's show, maybe it was something covered then? I mentioned this to my daughter (I want you to pick five presents from the list I've given you) and how I thought she was rude and demanding and that Rachel is Jewish so I didn't think she should be demanding anything for Christmas. DD said she thought Rachel wasn't asking for too many present (even though they each seemed extravagent) because, technically, she could be asking for eight.

I might have missed it but what happen to Sam, the other winner from the Glee Project, and there was another boy, who got some episodes like Lindsay and I havent seen him either.

LOL, good point about the 8 presents. I was annoyed by that part of Rachel too, but I knew she would come around by the end, and of course she did. And the star gift, was sooooooooo sweet.

Sam will appear in 7 episodes in the 2nd half of the season. Not sure about the other guy, I am sure he will be on again in the 2nd half, just not sure in what context yet.

Omg...I freaking loved the Chewy appearance and when Finn said something about copyright infringement when they were dressed up like Luke and Han!

I work with a Muslim that talks about what she's doing for Christmas.

Yes, I loved that!!! My dd and I were repeating it while fast forwarding through commercials!
And I love the Star Wars stuff, Chewy was awesome, and Puck in the Han Solo getup .
It's funny my dh had never heard of the Star Wars Christmas special, but somehow found out about it on Sunday, and asked me about it. Then it shows up on Glee two days later?

Didn't anybody catch the reference to "Charlie Browns Christmas"? Rachel was Lucy!! Lucy did the same thing and said the exact same line about deserving all those gifts . Damian/Rory doing the story at the end was also right out of Charlie Brown -- he was Linus.
