I agree..like Corbin...but I think they are wasting him. He does the same sceene over and over..He's mad...wants to get Sonny...schemes to get Carly..they need to really develop his character a bit more. Would be interesting to see a romatic relationship of sorts develop...where perhaps they show a paternal or just plain human side to him. What about with Monica?...wouldn't that be interesting. They have her estranged from Allan...and it would be nice to see the writers actually develop an adult relationship(not teenagers)..one having to deal with powerful personalities, and their adult children that complicate their lives. We've seen the Allan/Monica nutty Q's done repetively also..which ultimately leads to nowhere interesting. ..I think they waste some pretty talented folks to keep the younger teen base. Story lines with actors they likely pay a whole lot less to . Just my impression of late...seems like where the soaps are headed. They do away with the bigger names and bring in many young actors with several different storylines going on. I think they actually moved quicker when they were a 1/2 hour in length...rather than the hour...they didn't have the time to waste on watching someone's close up of a raised eyebrow for 2 minutes...they needed to make the most of the time they had to develop a storyline...now they DRAG them out to the point of boredom.

I thought that Corbin would be matched with Bobbi for a rekindling of an old flame type storyline....I still think that would have been interesting....To have Corbin really fall head over heals for Bobbi as an adult professional woman and have her have the upper hand in the relantionship....
I thought Reese was preggars in real life, cuz she sure didnt look pregnant when she had Corbin tide to the bed

I read an article in ABC Soaps that the actress that plays Reese gave. She said that she pitched an idea to the brass to have her be preggers and then do the "who da daddy?" with Rick and Sonny. She said that they told her no, because that storyline was already in the works with someone else on the canvas. Which of course means that that is why Elizabeth miscarries, and then Courtney who "can't" (good lordy loo haven't we heard that one before)get pregnant is most likely gonna get pregnant, and then Jax, who has treated her so badly and will most likely BE the dad, will have to backpedal fast to try and get her back so he can have his baby. Either that or he will take her to court and try to prove her an unfit mother, like he said he was willing to do with Elizabeth. That keeps the turmoil of the triagle between Nic/Court/Jax going.

Wouldn't it just be o so cruel if Faith is giving all these interviews in the mags saying that she is just back as a ghost, and then it turns out she really is real??? I mean I really liked the actress, but at some point people, when someone dies.....stay dead already!!!!!!

Of course you realize that all bets are off and I take everything I said back if they kill of Sonny, or somebody else that I really love more than her...

You know..I thought about that with Bobbi...but they sort of tried that a bit when he first came to town....they had some sceenes together..and I just didn't see any chemistry between them. That's why I just threw Monica out there..being that there aren't any female's in that age range. Of course they don't think anything of having an older man/younger woman..(like with Reese). I guess I would just like to see some sort of adult type relationship..not involving "who's the daddy?"...not that I don't enjoy that storyline...just feel they don't use any of the older actors..that have already done that storyline. I would love to see Bobbi back with Tony. Wouldn't it have been nice to show a couple that has endured what life has thrown their way...had their share of problems, but still keep hanging in.

Is anyone else upset about Courtney "magically" getting pregnant after being told she couldn't? I think this could very offensive to many couples struggling with infertility. Just once, I'd love to see a couple, happily married, struggling with fertility issues, like in the "real" world. Having this happen to Courtney makes it appear that infertility isn't a permanent thing or something. I'm not sure why, but this storyline really bothers me.

I agree. It would be nice to see Tony and Bobbie again...or Bobbie any anyone for that matter. She proved over and over and over....again how great she could be in storylines, dating back to the Luke and Laura days, all the way up to the heart transplant, Jerry Jax...all the storylines she shared with the first Carly.

I keep thinking that maybe Lucas is the peeper everyone is looking for on campus, because then at least she could join in some of the storyline as being his mother. I think the fact that they have had so many crummy Lucas', just my opinion people, and they have to keep recasting..that that perhaps has kept her out of the limelight too. They can't show her interacting with him, if he isn't there, or is a bad actor.

Anyone know when the new..NewCarly will appear? Very curious to see how that will go.
While I didn't care for the most recent Carly...I did think she got better as she went "crazy"! Only she didn't interact well with the other characters..never got used to her being Micheals mom. I do think she was okay with Sonny ..especially the last sceen with them at the nut house. He was very good..the tear in his eye.

I think they were trying to get Courtney away from Sonny/Carly/Jason. However, I think it is bad writing to have her not be there at all for Nutty Carly or the boys. She was barely around when they were kidnapped! Now the only time she sees Michael is when she is with Nikolas and runs into him with Emily. Maybe her visits are implied-Like Jason going to church every Sunday. LOL!

And what about Bobbie? She should be there for her Daughters breakdown.

I have been watching GH for 3 years. The only time I have liked/felt sorry for Sonny is in his recent scenes with Nutty Carly and Amnesiac Jason. And his scene with Morgan (reading him a book) was nice. I actually felt sympathy for him. Otherwise I just feel annoyance.

You are right about Bobbie...she would absolutely be there for her daughters break down..she would have been the one trying to get her help...not having Emily try to convince Sonny of that. What mother wouldn't be there for something like that.
Obvious to me they don't want to pay the older actors what they are probably contracted to if they use them. Seems to be they use the newer and younger characters more and more. I remember reading something about this when "Edmond" was killed off of All My Children.

Also, I agree that they were probably trying to get Courtney away from the entire Sonny/Jason thing pairing her with Jax. It was odd for years she's been Carly's best friend..and then she is no where around when the woman is having a breakdown and her children are kidnapped.

Regarding Nik's look, it seems to me that he's had a bit of a hair transplant. When he came back after being gone for a while, he was minus some hair upfront. All of a sudden it's back?

The show has become so trashy that it's hard to watch.

I used to devote the entire hour to just watching that show, now I am doing several things at once while peeking at it as I walk through the room with laundry or whatever and I find that I don't miss a thing!
