Ticket info to come....

PS - If anyone wants info for any of these shows, please post to ask for it. It's way too confusing to post the ticket info for every show, so unless someone wants to go to the show, I normally don't bring it over here. I know there are a bunch of folks up here in the northeast, so NY/NJ/CT are covered, but beyond that, I don't really know who plans to do what. I'm more than happy to alert you guys about ticket stuff, but I'm also lazy, so if it's a show no one is interested in, I just ignore it.

With that being said, Wilkes-Barre, PA goes on sale this morning (Friday).

Oh, and still no news on CT. SUPPOSEDLY someone said this Sunday (October 1) through the Hartford Symphony, but that's been disputed. Will keep you posted.

Dang it...I'll be preparing for the holiday party at the owner's house!!! Of course...i'm sure that it's still too far for me to go anyway...sigh...

Think INDIANAPOLIS...but not on a school night...INDIANAPOLIS...but not on a school night...

;)

I downloaded the new album last night on ITunes! So far I love it!

Thanks Kylene for keeping us updated. I will say that I'm a bit disappointed and peeved that he lives here in Raleigh yet he's not doing a show here. That's a MAJOR bummer for me!!

:rotfl: It's all cause of YOU, Cookie!!! He could've been #1!! You are hereby DEAD to all Claymates around the world who went out of their way to buy dozens of albums to help Clay's cause, and here you couldn't even get one. *shakes finger at you*

But AWESOME about GMA!! Was it great? What were you wearing? Might I see you on the street shot??

By the way....

Clay will be on Martha Stewart on Friday, October 6th.

I am forever shunned by the Claymates. I will now wear the traditional sack cloth & ashes. :guilty: :teeth:

Love him to death, but I wasn't about to buy 12,000 copies of his cd. I reserve that for Mr. M. :rotfl:

I was outside at the back of the crowd, tall with a pink raincoat - we just hit the median when he started singing "Without You" - maybe you can see my friend & I scurrying across the street. :teeth:

Ah, Martha - don't even get me started about how RUDELY we were treated there, when Barry was there. And of course, he'll be back there next month.

*ignoring Sarah, who is apparently putting Clay on the backburner of life and doing everything "tomorrow"*

For shame!!! I did in fact put OMC on the backburner, but on Clay Day, I ran out to Best Buy to get my CD! LOVING IT!!! :teeth:

Still sad he's not coming here. Tear, tear, tear! What is a Christmas season without Clay going to be like!!??!?!

In other sort of American Idoly news but not really, i'm going to the So You Think you Can Dance tour in Cleveland tonight!!! PM me if you want to hear about it!! :woohoo:

ok, bought it and played it, but didn't really "hear" it - my kids were home.

But I've done my duty! :teeth:

I have my tickets for Merrillville. Now I just have to get the ones for Waukegan. Clay two nights in a row *sigh*

#8 this week, sales of 74,000

Also, last weeks sales were 211,000, not 205,000. A vendor was late in reporting.

Reminder:

Friday, October 6 - Martha Stewart

Clay is supposed to be making hot pineapple salad tomorrow (October 6) on Martha Stewart. Which means I need to investigate and figure out where and when Martha Stewart airs in Connecticut. Any insight, Kim? :confused3

JUST ANNOUNCED:
Friday, November 17 - Regis and Kelly

K,
I have no idea. :confused3 I work full time during the day. So I have no idea what daytime shows there are or when they are on. When I want to find out what is on, I go to the station and click a button on our remote, I can kept going "next" for up to around 2 days.

Okay, I'm a little late on this, but thank you so much for sharing this! Now this is one that I can go to! Thanks a million...

OMG I'm so excited now! Clay in December...Ace in January! Happy Holidays to me!

From the Official Fan Club board re: Hartford -
They will be going on sale through Ticketmaster probably within the next two weeks. Below is what I was told today about tickets and pricing. Please remember, that until the information appears on ticketmaster, it could change.

There will be three different sections and price levels for tickets.

Tables - In the center, front of the stage. Approx. 6 rows of tables, 12 - 18 tables in a row. Each table seats 4. ($150.00 a seat)

Front Orchestra - Approx. 20 rows of arena style seats that start at each corner of the stage. ($85.00 a piece)

Orchestra - Arena style seating that begins after the table section. ($50.00 a piece)

I'm not thrilled about this, cause $150 a seat to sit with Claymates irks me. I don't want to be with the crazies, you know? I may try for Front Orchestra instead. Am I the only Connectican trying for this show?

Kimberle, thanks for the heads up on Martha...it's all set to record while I "work"!!! (And, as a sidenote, I was :rotfl: at your channel surfing...you should hear me when I can't find something "It's 64! No, 65!! No, 85!!" And then I sit and watch TV Guide channel until the channel I need comes up, and by that time the stupid show is over.)

Melissa (wait...are YOU Melissa?), I just read this morning that the IL tickets will go onsale through Ticketmaster next FRIDAY to the public, with a presale on THURSDAY. I'm not sure what the presale entails (it's not fan club)...maybe radio stations?

Hey Kylene,
I was just popping in to see if you knew about the presale (yes, I'm Melissa by the way!) and I guess that answers my question! I'll see if I can do some digging. Otherwise they go onsale to the public this Friday, right?

Although, if the prices are as crazy as the CT show, I may not be able to do it. I'm still paying off my American Idol fun from this summer!

Thanks for keeping us all informed as usual!

Melissa

Kylene, $150 per seat is a little to rich for me. Plus, the show is on a Tues. I have a 7 yo I need to help with homework (yes, lots in 2nd grade), and get to bed at a reasonable hour. Depending on traffic, the arena is about 1 - 1.5 hrs from me.

So how are the "Claymates" reacting to the rather slow sales of Clay's CD? They must be going "nuts".

I don't blame you. $150 is rich for ME too!! I mean, I'd pay it for myself for a great seat, but I can't make my friend or my mom or sisters pay it when they could give or take going, you know? Cause after service charges, those tickets are going to be $175. That's $700 for us to sit together at a table. That's, like, airfare to Disney World!!

Plus, like you said, the middle of the week, driving to Hartford...it could easily be a 90 minute drive. I'm just going to see what happens...I'll likely try to get a couple of $85 seats cause I can find someone to join me at that price, but if they're not good seats, I'll just stick with my NJ tickets. I wish he'd do a Manhattan show though...it's so much easier to justify the high price if I can go and enjoy NYC at Christmas at the same time.

ANYWAYS...the Claymates have just concluded that it's all a conspiracy against Clay with no radio play and no promotion. Some can admit that if he put out an original album he could've sold more, but most defend him to the death. They're also missing the point that while he does have one of the more devoted fanbases in music, I don't think he has one of the largest. Of course, there are also a few delusional ones that still believe he's going to win a Grammy and be platinum before the end of the week. :confused3

OH!! Apperances!! New ones!!!

From clayonline.com:

Clay will be busy filming his appearance on the Tyra Banks Show this coming Friday, October 13th. Stay tuned to the news for details on when his appearance will air.

He will also be working on a taping of The Megan Mullally Show in Hollywood on November 1st. Be sure to catch it when it airs the next day, Novemeber 2nd!

Additionally, you'll be able to find Clay appearing in an upcoming episode of Days of Our Lives. Stay tuned for more info.

Last, but not least, don't miss Clay on November 21st when he'll be presenting on the American Music Awards!

Melissa, I just contacted someone to try to get the password for you...keep an eye on your PMs!!

PS:

Kimberle, who stole your baby and replaced her with a SEVEN YEAR OLD?!? :scared1:

Honestly, I feel like I've "known" you since she was knee high to a grasshopper, taking her dance classes on Saturday mornings. Which, in reality, probably really only WAS like three years ago, but WOW...I can't believe she's in second grade!!
