I was quoted $2471.42 for Jan 10-18 for 2 adults and 2 children under 3 with 6 day (not park hopper) tickets with the dining plan for 2 adults at standard Caribbean Beach Resort room. ...also has anyone looked at the 2014 dining PDF file? Am I missing something or is Downtown Disney no longer in the quick service or table service list? Where did it go??
I don't remember the exact numbers, but the S/P/D offer was only going to save us less than $100 for two adults staying at a Garden View POR Royal Guest Room for 8 days/7 nights with Park Hopper and Deluxe Dining (about $3900). Which I thought was weird- this last January we stayed for 10 days/9 nights with the same type of room, tickets, and dining plan around the same time (next January is 1/5 - 1/12 versus 1/12-1/21 this January) and we ended up saving like $800 with the S/P/D (about $4700 to begin with and ended up being $3900 after SPD discount). I'm wondering what happened there.
I'd call back. That doesn't fit either discount.
How does it work if you choose to do the package but not use the tickets? We are AP holders but thinking of saving the tickets for next year when our APs run out. Do you just keep the magic bands for later?
2 adults, 1 Disney adult. POFQ standard view. Wednesday, March 5-Sunday, March 9. 5 day base tickets. DDP. 4 nights. $2199. Does that seem rather high?
Just got back from a trip with DH on September 21. This is a quickie spontaneous I wanna go back to Disney World trip, and since DGD can't take off more than 3 days since she's in middle school now, we're going to have to settle for a shorter trip than I'd like this spring.
Seems about right to me for the time of year you are going. September is a lot cheaper than March.
I just checked, which I really should have done before I called to book this morning, and it jumps from regular season to peak on March 7. Plus, I have a Fri. and a Sat. night in there which is higher than weekdays. I may just have to mess with the dates a bit and revise if possible. Ugh. Sometimes I wonder about myself.![]()
I wouldn't blame you for playing with it a bit!
