Where can I find the code??? it says on the cover that it is a participating title??? but there isn't a code in it

That's happened to me too. There is an insert inside the box with some crazy mixed letter and number code about a mile long. If it's not in there, just send them and e-mail and they will send you a new code. The e-mail address is on the web site.
