Thanks! I'm playing around with it. ;) I'm so excited we scored tickets to the DC Games concert on May 3rd, our last night! The kids are going to DIE when they find out we are seeing the Jonas Bros and Cheetah Girls. Now if only Hannah Montana would make a surprise appearance, Zac Efron... :rotfl:

Save Hanna Montana and Zac for next trip, otherwise, you will never be able to top this trip!!!:lmao:

So true. I can't imagine their surprise when we tell them. I'm not letting the cat out of the bag until that day. :dance3:

I don't believe you would unless you booked that view at the concierge level

No, you have booked a Standard MK view room in the Tower which does not include Concierge services. The. Concierge rooms are completely separate room categories, Atrium Club and Tower Club and cost much more per night. The view on the Atrium Club Concierge floor is by request only.

Your new siggie is great! You are the CR Queen!

We are at the CR April 26-April 30 and then the Beach Club April 30-May 4. Maybe I'll see you in the parks!
I will be looking forward to your posts from the CR since you will be there a few days before we go.

Thanks again for all of the info you post to the site it has been a tremendous help.

Anita

I am trying to surprise my DH by staying at the CR. We stayed last March and my whole family decided it was the best vacation ever. Now we are coming back this Thanksgiving and I was able to get our 1st 5 nights with a AAA discount for tower-MK view. The last night I was able to get tower-MK view without the AAA rate. So I will need to get a package with the 5 nt. room and we just won't have the DDP for our last day.

I keep trying to call and check if anything has opened up for our last night to put all of our reservations together, and today the CM asked if I had thought about the atrium club. I know we can't be guaranteed a view, but do you CR experts think it is worth it to go atrium club and give up our other two reservations for MK view. Our kids are 8,8,and 11. Could I take them in their pjs into the lounge to watch fireworks? Is is crazy on the 12th during breakfast? Can you grab water to take to the parks with you?

Any opinions would be greatly appreciated? Lisa

The thing you got to ask yourself is are you willing to give up a guaranteed Magic Kingdom view room, for the chance to stay on the Atrium Club floor and only have a chance at the Magic Kingdom view, when you could end up with the Bay Lake view? I personally don't see anything wrong with taking your kids in their pjs to watch the fireworks from the lounge, because sometimes I at night have seen kids in their pjs and the Cast Members did not say anything. They no longer bottles of water, in fact they got rid of them long before the 12th floor became full time Club Level. However they always have out cans of Coke, Diet Coke, Barqs Root Beer and Sprite Zero which you can take anytime during the day and evening.

Don't forget that the standard rooms on the Tower Club floor are also by request only.

I am extremely new to these boards, so forgive me if i'm not in the right area/dont get the language correct. I was just curious as to if the concierge levels are remodeled? This would be levels 12 and 14? My fiance and I are taking our honeymoon in November, and we are staying at the contemporary on the concierge level. Our reservations say ZMI, im not sure what this means, but do i know what level I am on already or do i find out when I check in.

Thanks for bearing with me!

just to everyone who has view concerns...just remember that the bay lake view isn't bad or anything. It has beautiful sunrises and views of the lake and all of the lake activities. It isn't a view of the castle or anything, but it is certainly nothing to let ruin a vacation.

First off WELCOME!!!
Second you can ask that question here, that is fine. I am pretty sure that all the rooms have been remodeled. I think that floor you are on depends on which club you are in, the Tower or the Atrium. I have no clue what ZMI means, sorry. CR Resort Fan please verify my info and add what info i missed

My family loves water views and usually spends more money just to have a waterview room. I never even considered a MK room, even for a second. Different strokes for different folkes;)

Both the 12th and 14th floor rooms were renovated, however the 12th floor rooms got the full renovation and look like all other rooms in the Tower and South Garden Wing. The rooms on the 14th floor got a minor renovation and don't like the other rooms that got the full renovation.

Alena,
If you look at the very 1st post in this thread you will see I wrote a description of the 12th & 14th floors, which explains their differences.
