The need for a locker?

Hi, I've read alot recently about lines for lockers for the rides in Hogwarts. Are these necessary for absolutely everthing or would a belt bag(fannypack) be allowed on? I wasn't intending to carry anything else but this bag and all the members of my family have one. I dont want to get caught up in a locker line if it isn't necessary. Thanks.

I don't blame you...I wouldn't want to fool with the lockers either. I always wear cargo shorts which have plenty of pockets for stuff and a trip to the lockers is not needed. I would only bring what you absolutely have to have to make it through the day. Leave everything else in the room. If you decide on a fanny pack, make sure it does not impede the restraint from closing and you should be fine.

I have a really big fannypack. No problem on FJ or MIB. On Dragon's challenge the TM at the entrance said it might be too big and I should get a locker. I asked her if I could see if I could get on and she said ok but i might have to come back. I went through the line and got on the ride no one said anything. It was a kinda tight fit but it worked.
