FYI - I just booked Lot Polish Airlines ORD-WAW-BCN 8/6 Business Class one-way $825 each for four people - deal was too good to pass up! Since we are cruising the repo back I did not need a roundtrip ticket.

What does everyone think the prices will be like for DCL-sponsored excursions? I'm trying to come up with some type of budget for this trip!

Also, does anyone know if the hotels that DCL is using in Barcelona sleep 4 people? I'm wondering if I make my own ressies if I'll have to get two rooms.

We booked the Western crossing several months ago with our DVC points and last night I finally got to make our plane reservations. I sat next to the phone eagerly waiting to dial at 11.55 to make frequent flyer reservations. In the past I've missed making the plans I wanted by minutes so this time I wasn't going to let anything deter me!

I even got lucky enough that the agent talked to me a few minutes until the clock turned to midnight. We were the first to book any seats on the plane!

I am so excited, squirm in my seat excited. I'm so glad that Disney made this decision to go to the Med. I hope it will be really popular and they continue doing it. Next time I want to do the actual cruise.

Just thought I would pass this on! I called DCL tonight and asked about Disney Paris side trips. Jasmine (She really said that was her name) said that they haven't finalized any pre and post cruise trips yet and are still ironing out the offerings for shore excursions. She said to check back on line in January!

I can't believe they are going to make us wait 4 months till we can start planning our excursions!

My TA told me this morning that DCL probably won't release excursion info until December. I know that's not much help for those of us anxious to book.

That's a loooong time to wait! I think someone awhile back posted on this thread or maybe another thread a link to the excursions of other cruise lines. It was guessed that DCL's will be similar. I can't find it right now though, I'm not having any luck with the new search feature.

Hello,
just booked the 11 night med cruise!!!!!! so excited.
My son and i did the 3 night wonder in aug, so this will be the first long cruise.
I have some questions for those of you who have done the longer magic cruises before....................
How do the dinner rotataion and show's work, eh do you continue going around the 3 restuarant and shows?
How much are the tips? and will this still be in $ even though we are in Europe?
How have you found the full day at Sea- as there are 3 of them, did you find things to keep you and the children entertained?
Spa treatment and excursion- as a 2nd time cruiser can i book these earlier than the 90 day period?Any reccomedadation for Spa treatments?

For UK crusiers- i am going to book the flight to Barcleona through one of the cheaper air company but am concerned about the luggage amount- i think on BA you can only have 23kg in total between 2 bags!!! Help!
