Nothing too exciting...go to the grocery store, get bedding for the guniea pig.

I went grocery shopping yesterday. That is one pet we have never had......we have had almost everything you can think of at one time or another, but no guinea pig...

I started Christmas shopping and planning for January trip.

My friendsv have officially thought I've gone nuts going again!

I am so in awe of you early shoppers......I don't even think about shopping until black Friday......of course you all will be much less stressed than me

We have a dog and a guniea pig. We used to have a frog and a hermit crab as well. We also have fish in the garden pond.

Right now we just have 3 dogs and 2 cats.....the frog and the geckos died.....I don't do well with cold blooded things.....

You would think I would be......but I am just blah.....My ticker is a little deceiving.....I set it to count down the days until I actually get to WDW, but I leave in 9 days. I am driving to Birmingham the 1st night, then Valdosta, Ga. the 2nd. Next weekend you guys won't be able to stand me I am sure.

One of our family traditions is getting up in the wee hours of the morning to go shopping on BF. The last couple of years though, I have walked around and not bought anything. I didn't see the huge masses of people last year, but I made DH go to Linens N Things to get a Christmas tree that was on sale (he was here, and I was in Birmingham) and the poor guy had to fight for one. He said people were just mobbing the place.......He was traumatized, and he will never again go shopping on BF.

Well, he would have done that anyway.....that man can sleep! But DH is so not aggressive.....I would have loved to have seen him have to scramble for it!

My family won't go with me. but my 15 DD said she'd go at 7 a.m.
if i go to the mall.



I was going buy that tree last year, our store had plenty,but when
i decided at noon it was gone.

i got one at BJ's for about $30.00 more.

Well, I didn't feel too badly about it because the tree that we had been using was the one that he had with his ex.......and it was old, and when I put it up the year before branches kept breaking off in my hand.....I tried to get him to buy one after Christmas, but he was a cheapskate.....he had to learn a lesson....
