My mom's a pain too...talking to her right now...well she's talking I'm listening.

:lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

How often do you all talk to your moms?

Well, it was several times daily, but now I am being shunned.

Wow!!!

I think my mom and I average about once a month...and that's only for the last couple of years. There was a time when we didn't talk for almost a year (she was going through some rough times and wouldn't talk on the phone)

Started when I said I wasn't bringing soda for 60 to the family party, then she got over that and asked why I wasn't shopping for the gifts yet for the big family party, and I told her about dh's biopsy results.

Radio silence since.

Nothing. Be happy I guess. I don't know. It's bothering me quite a lot.

well...in my mom's case I can understand it. At least NOW I can, at the time it really bothered me because I didn't know why she didn't talk to me at all. But she was diagnosed bi-polar and she has gotten some help with that...it's a bit better now.

She also wasn't too happy about DH, but I think once she realized that her opinion wasn't going to change things she accepted him.

My school counselor told me today that it was hurting her feelings that I was avoiding her.

I didn't know I was avoiding her. :confused3
