Actually, yes. Dh and I both will take just one child or the other to do this or that with.

I think they really appreciate it. My middle daughter is just very loving by nature. She always tells me she loves going places with just me. The teenager on the other hand doesn't say she enjoys it but I really think she does. I do try to do something they enjoy just with them.

Paige did you brother come to New Orleans to go to school or for a job?

He found a job there after several years of searching. One of his good college friends moved there, and he went to visit and fell in love with the city. He then visited just as often as he could. He's an engineer, and had a hard time finding a job there, but finally landed it. It was his dream job in his dream city. It was 3 months before Katrina.

Hopefully the city will come back to what he fell in love with.

Hi girls! We went to Taco Bell for lunch, then saw the Guardian. It was VERY good. I never thought I would like Ashton Kutcher, but he was really great in that movie. We also went to Sam's Club. I'm kinda wiped out now. Brent is taking the girls to Party City to look for their Halloween costumes but I'm too tired to go.

What's new on the Mad Chatter's Thread?

Hopefully the city will come back to what he fell in love with.

He's still very happy, he just says the emotional climate has really changed.........everyone is much more stressed than before. He also really, really wants to get married and have children, and he can't seem to find anybody.

He's a great guy........smart, handsome, thoughtful..............but he's a bit anxious as well. We grew up in a very demanding environment and it's made us all a bit "gun shy".

Nothing. I was talking to myself and playing with my siggie until Tricia came. The new Teresa came and then left.............I probably offended her too...........that's 4.

Unfortunately for him so many people have moved out of the area. Once he finds the right girls and settles down he will be making the move across the lake to the suburbs where I live. Hey then maybe I can meet you.

We'll be coming there anyway, we go about every 18 months, 2 years..............we also love the city. I'm sure I could handle a drive across to the suburbs................

Just a bunch of convenience foods! Stuff for kids lunches, Ainslee's Kindergarten snacks, frozen stuff, big *ss bottles of shampoo and conditioner, etc. Spent over $400 there.
