Jay, dh is Mexican, and I really don't like a lot of their food. I like fajitas of course, most of their taquitos (especially breakfast ones), fideo, his mom's rice, flour tortillas and beans (refried or not).

I do NOT like enchiladas, mole, menudo, corn tortillas, tamales or most pan dulce.

I love fajitas...my mouth is watering just thinking about eating one!! I could and would and have had four at once...BAD JAY...but in my own defense, they are so good it hurts! By four, I mean four tortillas worth, NOT four orders I am not a big enchilada person myself...maybe that is why I don't love the casserole...LOL. But it was one of the Dream Dinners meals they had an option of so we tried it. I love cooking all at once for the entire month without messing up my own kitchen! **in other words, I am lazy**

I almost thought say instead of do...but it didn't make any sense to me....again, one of my very ditzy moments...cause it makes way more sense that way!!

Yep, I so sadly love tv (and it soooo sadly shows). I like the reality stuff. Survivor, The Amazing Race, Real World (lmao, I do watch MTV...how crazy is that!?), I also like Take Home Chef on TLC, Treasure Hunters and of course, I like nothing better then to kick back with a good movie...well except to multi task a good movie and the DIS. I liked the show E Ring, CSI (the original...Nick Stokes is such a cutie), Desperate Housewives and my new favorite drama (or is it a comedy?) Grey's Anatomy.

Also a yes on the planning videos. I have watched the two (I have one for the cruise and one for WDW) over and over and over.

I feel like a party-pooper, but I'm off to bed, too. I have been getting up at 4:30 so I can grade papers and do my own studying. With 3 courses going, I have so little time. I do want to keep dropping by and saying hi to my friends. Yell for me anytime! You guys are the best.
