I haven't seen Mamma Mia yet and my secret gift fairy keeps leaving me baked goods

Pain meds make me clean too. I DO have some semi expired Lortabs (left over from DD4 birth). They make me vacuum and mop regretfully.

Just got back from a hair cut (jacked up bangs, thanks for asking) and am playing hookie from the gym and plan on making the tread mill beg for mercy.

Actually, I had a rough day (to say the least) BUT I'm doing considerably better now and am looking forward to a MUCH better tomorrow.

But on the bright side, MAMMA MIA IS OUT ON DVD!!!!!

I saw that (not the film, the fact that it is out on DVD, it's at the Red Box even). I'm saving my dollar (or two) to rent House Bunny when it comes out next week.

Never too late for Underoos! That's my philosophy, anyway. And I'm sitting here w/ hair dye on my noggin. The couch is begging for mercy.

Oh, I'd be willing to airmail you my Secret Gift Fairy for a nominal fee. Just a warning-- she's kind of "touchy-feely" if you don't put her in her place. The Dog Whisperer has been un-endingly useful in her training. Oh, and she reaaallly like Captain Mai Tai's and Junior Mints, though not necessarily in the same sitting.

Tonight's sleeping pill of choice is Simply Sleep. Tonight's cleaning project (NOT a pissy cleaning spree like last night's choices) is not so much cleaning as it is "straightening" out the basement plus some light vacuuming down there. While the basement needs it, I'm hoping the sleeping pills (taken 28 minutes ago) win out.

Ok, so I'm going to bed now at a later time than last night BUT tonight I'm sure I WILL fall right asleep (I'm in a much better place in my mind than last night).

Laundry is folded, basement is vacuumed, dusted and decluttered (though not completely), and trash is gathered and out at the curb. DearDog8 is also in her cage (and asleep).

Is this a cost thing with him? Red Box is only $1 per night -- if you can get it back by 9 the next night, a new release rental only costs you $1 plus tax. You can also pay for and reserve your movies online in advance so you know it is in the machine waiting for you.

Yes, I know about Red Box, we have them at the HyVee's here. I LOVE RED BOX! But it isn't about cost, it is about that I would want to watch it on the big screen in the family room.... and he doesn't want to have to watch it.

I went to DS10's very first violin concert, *cough*. It was...delightful.
Actually, for only having played since the start of school, it was freakin' awesome. I may have had a lump in my throat and watery stuff in my eyes for most of the concert.

Ok, if my Redbox has Mam(m)a Mia when I go tonight, I'll pick it up and hope that for once I get it back on time.
Even 2 days late, it's cheaper.

That and Camp Rock for Norah. There's two Redbox rental machines side by side in my Walmart. How will I know which one has it reserved for me, I wonder. I am going to wait a coupla days because I'm all over Muppets tonight.

I should say that HyVee is NOT my favorite store, it has gotten too big here, so mostly I go to Fareway, it is closer to my house and has a nice butcher counter, and is smaller, like a neighborhood grocery traditionally. However, if I need anything out of the usual, I go to HyVee, cause they have EVERYTHING, organics, Celiacs stuff, etc. I haven't really noticed Guy's Chips, but now that you have raved about them, I'll have to check and see.
