Here are my thoughts on 2008....I will have a job starting in August, so I'd have to do a long weekend with a holiday or over a break of some kind.

OH CHEESE CURDS...now those are DELICIOUS! They are kind of "squeaky" when you bite into them. I love them. Growing up in WI everyone eats them and knows what they are. Now living DOWN SOUTH...I get them only upon returning to WI. Cheese curds are yummy. BUT WITH FRIES AND GRAVY??? ummm...scary!! **shivering in my skin* I will be back soon. I have to get something to snack on...I am hungry!

Those are good, Cy! They are deep fried. I also like just plain old cheese curds. Curds of non-fried cheese.

They are little cheese hunks!!!! Somebody once described them as looking like the 'packing popcorn' stuff!!!!
