It's where you get in your vehicle of choice, you drive in insane traffic to the closest or cheapest or both grocery store. Then you fight in the insane parking lot traffic to find the space closest to the front door. Then once you are inside you fight for the cart that drives straight and doesn't have a squeaky wheel. And then you are off...almost...this is when you realize you left your shopping list and/or coupons at home. Without your list you wander aimlessly up and down the aisles putting random food and drink items in your cart. You then head to the checkout and find the lane with the shortest line. You get in line to realize the person in front of you has two full carts and is reviewing each and every item but it is too late...the only other cashier has closed her station. So you wait...and wait...and wait. Then it is your turn and the friendly cashier rings up your purchase while the bag person ask paper or plastic. Then you get your total and you go

and then

and then

and then you

. After this you hand over what coupons you have to realize you saved a whopping $2 on your entire purchase. You whip out your bank card and pray it's not rejected. After you get your receipt you trudge out to your car to stuff everything in your already full trunk and let your cart bang into some other poor schmucks car. And then you drive home, unload and hopefully put everything away.
I should mention that before I left I finally unpacked the rest of the bags from my trip to the store 2 weeks ago.
