Wasn't the coffee a great analogy though?

It explains this whole netroots against Hillary phenomenon - reading all the various blogs, and message boards - they write sort of from a "how dare Hillary challenge Obama" mentality.

Most of Hillary's supporters are not surfing the net - just making ends meet - drinking their Dunkin Donuts coffee!!!!

Though I have to confess - I have imbibed on a few Starbucks Decaf Mochas in my day! ;)

I do buy D&D coffee by the pound...but I make it in a Cuisanart Grind n Brew. Hillary Coffee/Obama Coffee Maker

I think I'm hopelessly conflicted. I really hope they run on the same ticket or I'm going to have some kind of breakdown.

good article and seems to be right on IMO....as for the recession and interest rates falling...if they had not gone up from 5-8% all the way up to 11-22% thanks to Bushy baby giving the okay to Charge card companies to feel free we would not be in such a mess. Among what he has done about Bankruptcies and so on...

I hate what Bush has done to this country and it makes me soooo sour at another Rep coming in. I hate that the Rep want to keep the war going for another 100 years (talk about bankrupting our country) and as a woman take away my choice to choose..and so on.

I am scared for my children if a Rep takes office....if that happens I will stock up on food and keep money under my mattress.

Wanna know crazy-I gave $$ to BOTH of them!!!

I drink 7-eleven coffee and make between $120-150,000 a year where does that leave me...maybe that is why I am okay with both Clinton and Obama we are not poor but we don't spend on Starbucks...we care closer to Dunkin donuts kind of people...although I must admit I do on occ. get A Starbucks Cafe Mocha :lmao:

I don't drink coffee.

Do I have to vote for Nader?

Ok, first of all... :rotfl2: :rotfl: :lmao: :rotfl2: :rotfl: :lmao: :rotfl2: :rotfl: :lmao:

Now that I can breathe again ;)

I dunno...maybe it's just me, but I don't have the least little problem with knowing that Obama's biggest support is coming from those with the most education. :confused3 I mean..."The more you know, the more likely you are to vote for Barack" really can't be seen as a bad thing, can it? I mean that in terms of how he would govern, obviously, not in terms of votes.

If given two options and knowing that the most highly educated people are on one side while those that didn't graduate high school heavily favor the other side...well, site unseen, I'm usually gonna choose the former.

If Hillary wins the nomination, I will be joining you in that. :teeth: Until that unhappy day, however, she ain't gettin' a penny. ;)

Only if shroom tea is the alternative to Starbuck's and Dunkin' Donuts. ;)

That makes two of us. I'm all about getting the Democratic message out and financially getting behind those who I can truly support, even if that means hedging my bet. Whoever does a better job of it gets my vote.

:mic: I was deeply troubled to read that article about the coffee drinkers. You see, I have a serious Starbucks habit.

And that means I'm secretly for... Obama??!! :scared: :upsidedow :joker:  :stir: :ssst:

YOu may now return to your regularly scheduled thread... :teleport:

Sure, but you live in Madison and I live out in the middle of nowhere. I'm lucky if I can find decent coffee beans at the store much less free trade or organic. Most people around here drink Wal-mart brand :scared1: There isn't a Starbucks or a Dunkin Donut for at least 60 miles.
