Good Super Bowl Sunday Morning! Got a few minutes to pad my post count, er, talk on the DIS today.

My ultimate goal for the weekend is to have 500 posts on here! Only 19 to go!

You know, I called my friend when I was on the way to town just to chat but anyway - she said the same thing. She said she's never heard of a light bulb in a dryer. I've never had a dryer without one!

We've always had a light. I didn't know some didn't.

Our newspaper published some neat photos from our ice storm...

Wow! All the more reason why we are glad we live in South Texas! Though we did get a mini ice storm several years ago in San Antonio. Pretty much shutdown the city for half a day. It was only about 1/3 inch, but the shutdown all of the interstates! Very rare, at least.

DD called and said that she and her DH may come up to watch the game. We haven't been on the best terms for the past month so that really shocked me. But she knows we always have lots of food for the game so....

I have no idea why I'm up so early on a Sunday morning. I rolled over and looked at the clock at 6 and decided I had too much to do and I needed to get up! Now I'm up and I don't want to do anything!

The dogs got me up at 6 here, and I couldn't go back to sleep. Trying to keep them quiet to let DW get some more.

Weekends tend to be kinda quiet lately.

I can see that. I'm not normally on over a weekend, but the dogs got me up early, and DW is still asleep, so thought I'd get a little time in.
