Do you believe in UFOs? What do you think they are?

Personally I doubt they are aliens playing silly burgers with us… but I could be persuaded to think that they are a form of advanced aircraft. They started to appear en masse during WWII, when allied airmen reported seeing odd craft "playing" with their planes before vectoring off at amazing speed. They dubbed them, "Foo Fighters". And we know that the Nazis experimented with disk shaped aircraft. Then there was (still is) the Flytrap - an odd structure the Nazis made that allied photos showed to have disks in it sometimes and without else-wise. Weird.

I’m sure there are military prototypes from different countries flying on a daily basis that wouldn’t be easily identified, so I would have to say I believe in UFOs. The objects are flying and we don’t recognize them.

Do I believe any of these UFOs carry creatures from another planet? I don’t know. The Universe is a big place and it’s kind of arrogant to think that we are the only creatures capable of designing vehicles for space travel. Perhaps it’s more accurate to say I believe in the possibility of an interplanetary UFO but I need genuine verifiable proof they exist. That, in my opinion, hasn’t happened yet.

I think we'd be pretty naive to think we're the only advanced beings in the entire universe. I'm not willing to say that any specific UFO is or isn't an alien, but I think it's safe to assume they're out there.

Well... let's see...as child growing up near Landers Big Rock,...the isolation of Joshua Tree national Park... the oldest plant on earth in Johnson Valley and room 8 in Joshua Tree...hard not to believe

I did think it funny when the govt tried to rename UFO's to some other acronym as if what we call them makes a difference...............LOL. I think most are probably test aircraft (our own or from some other country) not easily identified or some sort of atmospheric phenomenon that appear like a fast moving flying object. Some are probably just existing aircraft people misidentified as something else.

Do I think they are flown by aliens from some distant planet?...........ummmm no I don't. If there are so many of them around as some seem to believe, rather amazing they are so expertly piloted they never crash or have never had any sort of mechanical malfunction requiring them to land on Earth. Not like some alien can run down to the local NAPA auto parts store to get needed repair parts. There has never been any verifiable proof of debris found from any alien spacecraft crashing after all these years.

I think there is no way that we are the only species alive in this vast universe. I don't think every sighting is someone from another galaxy or planet but I do think there has to be something out there. And I have absolutely no faith that the government has and will tell the truth about it.

I do not believe that there is any intelligent life form anywhere other than Earth. UFOs are either something that our government is experimenting with or an illusion.

Of course there are intelligent beings outside of earth, in this vast universe we inhabit. Though I don't know that they would bother with visiting us. I'm pretty sure what many describe as UFOs are mostly instances of the Flying Spaghetti Monster visiting Earth.
