We have GeoBlue (just covers medical). Just do a google search for "annual trip insurance"

Was looking at Allianz and its says it doesn't cover "An epidemic" Interesting.

Aside from that it seems the annual coverage is pretty good for the price. It doesn't cover flight booked on FF miles or timeshare dues. Both of which I heavily use.

I don't think most insurance companies include epidemics now. I wonder if they would cover a timeshare rental? Probably not.
