I went to school with a guy named Tim Taylor, he actually lives up in your neck of the woods now, he's no handyman either, but could play a mean sax!

Well Elk grove, sac, south natomas, it just depends but there are so many great bargains right now. When we start setteling on some I will upload some pics. We are trying to stay right about what we pay in rent. I would like to find one that at least has a jacuzzi. But if not no big deal. Get a good nights sleep.

That's the sad part of the foreclosure system. These homes all simply get abandoned and trashed and neglected. Which then if too many go makes a whole area near derelict. Which means those remaining are living with a higher crime rate.....etc.....
There are cases where if they could have just worked with the people a bit more and renegotiated loans etc they could have stayed and maintained the home and its value.

It's a bit different here.

On other news they say today in London, England is the same temp as in Melbourne, Australia today. Despite London being in summer and Melbourne being in winter.

Of course.....30degrees celcius in London is a heatwave....

Sydney got up to about 25 C today. Rather warm. Not an ideal time for our office A/C to be on the fritz and not cooling the place down

We cut the 4th birthday celebration 'cake' for DS tonight. I don't wanna see another cake for a while!

Yeah, someone on the AKL thread said that free dining opened today so that part of the boards is going nuts thus slowing all the threads.

Yes, the posted "rumor" about free dining for certain dates this fall is now true and can only be booked via phone not online. You can read about the horrendous waiting times some people had on the phone over in the Discounts and Codes Board and that's even for travel agents.

So today we go away and stay in a hotel room. Fran hasn't even gotten out of bed. Twice she has said, "I'll get up in 15 minutes". the first time was 2 hours ago.
