The "If" scenario - FD/Disney Visa cardholders

Hi Dis,

If FD was offered, and If Disney Visa card holders could book in advance of general public:

If (sorry! another "If") - my in-laws were going to go as well (they live in FL), could I book both of our packages on my Disney Visa credit card to hold both reservation deposits?

Would they then have to pay me for their package, and theirs and ours would all be under my name? Not sure if they want to come for part or all of our days at the moment.

Can you even book two separate free dining packages?

I would just hate it if we booked, and then when the general public booking time came up, if they couldn't get the package at the same resort we would be booked at (or :scared1: if all the free dining packages were gone and they had to pay to eat with us!). I know, probably a little far fetched for that one, huh?

If two different packages cannot be booked by one person (i.e., if they have fewer nights, and different park ticket days), then I will have to hope they can get in on their own (when - AND, of course IF) the public dates come out and IF - - That is IF Free dining is even offered. (whew!)

Whatcha think? (like a lot of here, I too am makin myself nuts so that I'm ready the moment it happens! - - hee hee - "If" it happens!)

thanks as always DIS!

We were allowed to book 2 rooms on our disney visa BUT I had to be there showing it at checkin. The deposit had to be on my disney visa for both rooms, as well.

HTH!

Hi

Thanks for the responses!

So, I can reserve two (free dining) ressies, and put one deposit on my disney Visa, but can my in-laws pay for their package direct to disney?

And I can book them for a smaller (free dining) package if they just come for a couple days with us? That would be perfect!

When (and if) there is free dining, I'm sure the CRO people will let me know what I can and can't do! Here's hoping for free dining & maybe advance for Disney Visa holders (just got mine a few weeks ago, just in case!)

Hi Beth! I see you are from NE Ohio too! :wave2:
