It amuses me when people are like "HE CAN'T HAVE LIGHT SKIN" or "SHE CAN'T HAVE LIGHT EYES, ONLY DARK ONES" when talking about mixed race characters.
Genes and traits are funny things. They don't always come out as you'd expect.
For example, my family.

All four of us kids have lighter skin and two of us have light coloured eyes. (Mine are the lightest.)
Yet according to some we shouldn't be.
Thanks for erasing me, bros.


long story short: mixed race characters and actual people can come in a multitude of different shades because genes and traits.

We had a fire drill today that wasn't a drill. Supposedly, the French teacher smoked up her kitchen, so the alarms went off. I was with my friend and our teacher(my uncle) and were the only three people in the building bc we were locked in. It was chaos for us, and I am just glad it was smoke and not fire.
