Yep - the bus area is right there. You aren't even a minute walk from guest services to the bus. It won't be the entrance the town car drops you off at, but the next door. You can't miss it - it's right outside of the gift shop!

Yes we went to the April 15 game VS the Reds. It was a bummer of a game - Cards lost 1-0. New stadium is very nice, but I expected it to be more finished than it was. We have a four game ticket pack and our last game is in July. Hopefully the park will be mostly finished by then...

Still missing the house I grew up in though if you know what I mean...

Joe, I know exactly what you mean. That's probably why I haven't updated my signature yet. We were there on Easter. If you could have gone 1 day later, you could have seen Pujols hit those three homers! Amazing!! We are part of a large group of season ticket holders, all sharing seats, so we have 7 games this year. The stadium better be finished by our last game in Sept!

Just booked an August trip to WDW! ... just me and the kids this time. We are staying at the POP. I'm excited since this will be the first time I've ever stayed onsite. I couldn't beat the dining plan. I haven't told my two younger kids yet... they would go crazy with excitement (it's still a long time from now). I don't know when I will tell them... maybe when school lets out for the summer? I thought about waiting until the last minute (I'm sure my husband and other daughter could help me pack for them secretly), but I don't think I'll be able to keep a secret for almost 4 months! I try to hide my guidebooks and minimize the browser whenever they come around, but one of these days they will catch on, I'm sure!

Anyway, thanks for all the POP info you all have provided thus far... I am trying to read a few pages of this thread every day.

They actually start running earlier than that, because of breakfast reservations.

Does the AC fan "hum" all night? If not, I'm thinking of packing a white noise machine to use in our room. We sleep better in hotel rooms when we have a white noise to cover up the sounds of neighbors.

Bring the white noise machine!!! Unfortunately Pop is blessed with people that don't think of their neigbors at times and like to let the metal doors of their rooms slam at 2 am and especially love to let them slam against a door with the deadbolt lock out so they bounce against it. UGH That is the one and only complaint that I have ever had there. I'm sure that it happens at other resorts too, but it is very loud and bothersome.

The pool bar is at the Hippy Dippy Pool and I believe that it just serves alcoholic drinks since you can't refill your Resort mug there. There is also a bar inside of the Food Court area. HTH

YES the Bar @ the Hippy Dippy pool serves REAL GROWNUP Alcoholic Beverages!
This is the only one I know of at the POP.....but Now that I am thinking...there may be one inside too in the back of the Everything POP cafe.

Yes there is one inside, but it never sees much action! i think it's called like Concoctions or soemthing like that...oo i can't wait for this vacay, i won't be pregnant! woohoo!!!

I will be traveling with an 8 month old and am still trying to figure out what I'll do about her formula. Somebody mentioned that their is a grocery section in the food court area...does anyone know if you can buy bottled water by the gallon? Or Juice?

janey77 - You might want to consider sending a package to the resort with all your baby items you need for your vacation (bottled water, formula, juice, food, diapers, etc.). It would beat packing them or paying alot for these items. Lots of people do this every day at Disney resorts. Send your package with the following info.: Disney resort's name, address, your name, dates/confirmation # on the package. When you check in, ask if they have your package. Send it with enough time to get there before you do. Have a great time.

Thanks for the nice comments. Declan had a great day with his haircut with blue gel and pixie dust. He receive a lot of attention because of that look.

The camera that I used for the 2005 pictures was a HP Photosmart C812. For the 2004 pictures I used a Kodak cx6230.
